Newbert, how about waiting until you've had your exam with the doc before stirring up the pot. You've been here a while complaining of more than one issue and telling us all that you're going to see the doc.Why not talk about everything in the world beside your hard flaccid until you see the doc! Let's try that ok ybuddy!

Plus I think you could possibly be misinterpreting the tone I'm using because we are interpreting eachother through a 2 dimensional written form of communication so it could be easier to see negativity when it isn't what I intended.

Sorry I can't put on a false smile while tryin to cope with the fact that my dick may never work right again. Your right I have been a drama queen and everyone including me knows it. I just cant psychologically cope with this as well as the rest if you. Dont know why you have to ban me because of that. You dont have to read what i say. And I'm honestly trying to have a more positive attitude but acting like everything is completely fine and pretending like there isn't a problem when there obviously is isn't pychologically healthy either. I have made overly negative posts in the past but I don't see how what I just said was. Just saying what's been on my mind. Maybe I'f you could actually point me to some recovery stories I would be more hopeful.

If fatal actually recovers I will try abstaining as well. Not masturbating for months out of the slight chance that I might recover is easier said than done though.
I can see that you have been making an effort to be more positive about your condition and other peoples conditions...and i am very happy to see that change and effort from you.
but the ban will take place if you keep agitating people on the forum, if you don't start to get a grip over your mental state...part of the problem is you do not take the advise that people give..and You freak out on the threads which in turn has a flow on effect to other members... People who are dealing with the same issues as you are starting to lose patience and their need to find answers and discuss their problems are getting pushed under the rug by you and by your paranoia and need for answers over your own penis.

Would you say you guys with hard flaccid have anxiety issues?
Just curious.. i have suffered from anxiety from a long time..and the flight or flight response comes into effect.
But one thing i have noticed. When i become very anxious, adrenaline releases from my body... you cant really" feel it" unless its a huge surge. Either way when the pure anxiety kicks in my penis becomes very hard in a flaccid state. Because my body and mind feel as though i should be in some type of dramatic situation because im stressing out. Boom hard penis.

magnusb, being in a bad mood definitely affects hard flaccid condition IMO. I remember about 2 months ago, I argued with my girlfriend and after that, I was scared that I will lose her, and my penis turtled so bad and it started to hurt. I am pretty much a paranoid person. Always when I start worrying too much for something, my penis turtles and gets very hard which causes uncomfortable pain in penis.
I think that it is very important to stay as calm as possible when you have hard flaccid condition. Oh I just love green tea...

I definitely feel some of it is anxiety related. Explain this, why would a hard flaccid go away when urinating, but return right after? Because all the pelvic muscles HAVE to relax to evacuate the bladder. Have you ever noticed you can't urinate through a full erection? Same thing. I think part of the hard flaccid issue is a result of pelvic tension, spasms, or muscle "siezures." They may be a response to an injury of sorts, but the symptoms mirror muscle problems.

yes i have a very pyiscal job, i lift and move massive stones in akward ways and then swing a massive hammer at the stone.
i have done this for over 7 years.
I have felt pain shoot down my perniuem while working. I aslo notice sometimes when iam laying in bed i have tingling in my testicles and my PC muslce will flex invulintarly.

right now i suffer from not having the ability to finish my bowel movements. and having a hard time with dribbling from urination.. also no spontaneous erections from porn or during the day, but plenty maybe 5-6 erections at night.. when everything is relaxed.
i have noticed when i strain to void my bowls my perniuem underneath my rectum gets swollen.....
iam afraid of a anal hernia ( which would be devestating) but i do not really feel pain when iam pressing on this lump, and my rectum seems swollen when the lump exsists.

there is some type of issue with my pernium and this is causing all of this plus a hard time to acheieve and erection.

i had major blood work done yesterday and on the 16th i see my dr and will tell him about this new lump i habe discovered and i will get back to all of u.

Went to the doctor and he said everything is normal. Just like every other person who's gone in for hard flaccid. All the urologists do is go through standard procedures. Damn

It just so happened to be one of the only times my penis feels and looks normal too. So I don't blame the doctor for telling me everything is normal.

Anyways I'm still clueless about all the supplements I've been taking I don't want to become dependant or develop other health problems. They seemed to temporarily relieve my symptoms 100 percent but I'm wondering if taking so many could be a problem or if I'm supposed to cycle them or what or if I should drop or add any. I listed them earlier in this thread. In the meantime I'm going to read the 200 replies some person got about hard flaccid on medhelp. I thought I read everything about it but I guess I missed a page.

This makes perfect sense to me, but where do we go from here?..and moxsum, i think you were referring to me with the glans bruise, but it just gets darker after an erection. And if i ejaculate, new bruises or spots appear. because of this, i have basically cut all forms of masterbation out, however, hard flaccid is my biggest concern.

Perhaps a muscle relaxant that does not cause ED.....Magnesium and calcium come to mind....Perhaps you can take them together. Don't forget the vitamin D niether calcium or magnesium work all that good w/o vitamin D.

Hmm, ginkgo biloba relaxes the corpus spongiosum.

I've been trying this combination as well as green tea l lysine l arginine horny goat weed fish oil and multivitamins. It seems to be almost 100% relaxed now. Are the supplements just a temporary fix or are they permanent? Also is it bad to be taking this many supplements at once?

Well the supplements you're taking are fine.I would concentrate first on the omega three fish oil. Make sure that you're taking 1-2 grams per day.I want you to look at the back of the bottle that you have of omega 3.You will see an amount of EPA/DHA. That is the omega three.Does it add up to close to 1000mg or 1 gram? Also look at the serving size. Does the amount of EPA/DHA that they have listed come from one pill or two? Very often fish oil labels will say thay have a 1000mg's of fish oil but only 300mg's of EPA/DHA. So what you're getting on that is 300mg's of omega 3 and 700 mg's of useless fish guts. Make sure you look carefully! You want to take 1000-2000mg's or 1-2 grams per day. Questions?

It says there are 1000mg in every capsule it says EPA and dha but doesn't say a number next to it. Below that it says total omega three fatty acids 300 mg

I've been taking 2 capsules in the morning.

I've been taking fish oil for months though before my injury so I don't think it has anything to do with my sudden improvement. All the other supplements I just started on are what seemed to help the most. I just want to know if it's just temporary relief or if it actually permanently cured me. Even if it's just temporary I wouldn't mind taking it for the rest of my life if there are no side effects. If that's the case you should all try taking all these supplements.

yea the fish oil ive been taking (just started today ten minutes ago hahah) EPA-- 550 mg. and DHA- like 185 mg. (why is there such a difference? Which one do you need more of over the other, to be effective? Is this enough either? Should I take 2 a day?

Secondly, I just took 600 mg of calcium. I also took 1000 IU of vitamin D, and took magnesium as well. Will these help as suggested above? New, how long have you been taking whatever combo you have been taking to achieve almost 100% relaxation? What does it consist of?

Newbert than you should take four of your tablets a day scattered over the course of the day.1000-2000 mg's of EPA/DHA is great for circulation and the rest of your body! Remember that supplements take months of taking them to have an affect on you. It's not like taking an aspirin for a headache and 20 minutes later it's gone. You are now seeing the effects of the supplements you started taking months ago. The stuff you're taking now hasn't had time to do it's thing yet!
I take 2000-3000 mg's of omega 3 daily. Don't worry about the ratio of EPA/DHE. Just make certain no matter what the label says that when you look on the back you look at the serving size (one or two tablets) and how much epa/dha is in it!

Great news newbert on hearing about your improvement !
I don't think fish oil really helps as i took it before and it never really did anything ( that could just be me though )

L-Arginine i found was the only thing which helped bloodflow.

Are you getting stronger erections now ?
