it's interesting.. my flaccid is much thicker & more veiny than ever before.. i attribute most of this to pumping, but the 2.5 hours of ADS is probably helping too..

growth was too slow/ stalled for a while, so a couple weeks ago I increased tension on my ADS.. i'll try this new tension level for a few months & see what happens.. i'm only seeing positive indicators, so i think i am on track.. the last 1/3" of the way to 8" BPEL seems to be going by slow, but history has shown me i have big jumps in gains, so i'll keep growing my BPFSL & see what happens..

I have grown BPFSL 1.9" since my return to PE at the start of 2024...

i've been researching to see if there's easy girth gain approaches, but from what i am seeing most girth routines don't actually take that much time.. i need to decide when to focus on girth.. my girth gains are lagging behind length gains... i joined PE during an era where everyone believed length before girth.. even though many now believe that to be a myth, it has still influenced me...

also, my current size does feel "big" but i am starting to understand the guys who do PE & keep wanting more... my bathmate measures up to 8.5" BPEL in the tube.. a part of me thinks I don't want to stop until I reach that.. and regarding girth, i've never even worked on it directly but I grew from 0.488" to 5.5" mid-shaft and 0.488" to 6..5" base girth (both erect measures), purely from hanging/ ADS work.. so at least that means less work to do when I do work on my girth.. at first I thought the gains were too much (in my base girth) but the wife definitely likes it, so might as well keep going...

So over the course of your PE career you have had really good BPEL gains from pumping. How much exactly?

I don't thinking pumping alone did this, I combined with vac ADS.. I gained about 1" over about 1.5 years and since then have stalled with growth.. my routine was vac ads (up to 3.5 hours now) + pumping (10 minutes)

My PE routine was quite sporadic for a few months, and I wasn’t as disciplined with my diet.

PE:
My length hasn't changed in a long time; not since my last reported gain when I hit 7.75" BPEL.. My flaccid seems to still improve; it's less & less ofen that my flaccid shrinks & over the years of PE, my flaccid has gotten more robust where it stays bigger more often. I noticed with this winter I see get shrinkage with the cold, but my "turtle" state today is quite a bit bigger than my pre-pe turtle which was tiny.

Fitness:
I rose to 7% body fat over the last few months and gained some lean mass (I workout about 10 hours per week & do both lifting & cardio). I’m going to cut back down to see what my new floor is.
  • 191 lbs: 7% body fat
  • 184 lbs: 4% body fat (historical floor)

My floor has slowly risen over the last year. After losing 100 lbs, I lost a lot of muscle, and it has been gradually coming back. I usually get 180 to 200 grams of protein per day and induce ketosis through intermittent fasting, low carb intake, and high intensity training.

Part of why I’ve been cutting to the floor is the desire to clear arterial plaque as much as possible. I know there are limits to this, but there isn’t another known way to do it. On the flip side, staying at extremely low body fat does add stress to the body. I was at about 4.5% to 5% bodyfat for a year solid and only spent a few months above it recently. Post massive weight loss, I'm still working on deciding what my "new normal" is...

I've had no gains for a long time --> it's time for decon break

As a PE newbie I gained year 1, then stopped gaining in following year(s). I left PE for a long time, came back & gained the first year again with near nothing the 2nd year. The pattern seems to be my tissues adapt too much & I can't gain (after about 1 year of PE), so I'm going to stop. I'm hoping a 3 month decon break is long enough for a reset.

Curious if this pattern held true for length and girth or just one or the other?

truth is, i've never worked on girth, it's all a byproduct of length gains... i learned PE during the "length first, girth second" era... for what its worth though, the byproduct girth gains seemed to have stopped too (pumping & vac ADS both give a little girth; hanging gave a lot of base girth)... I've not tracked girth as closely though ...

I'm on an extended decon break for now.

My observation is this:
- PE year 1: 0.75" BPEL gained (hanging, used a lot of force)
- PE year 2: no gains
- 10 year decon break
- PE year 3: 1" BPEL gained (using mostly 1-2% strain most of the time)
- PE year 4: no gains
4-6 month decon break (the present)

I’m seeing a pattern here; both tries at PE, I stopped gaining after 1 year, and I gained only after a long decon break in between. It’s why I’m doing a full decon break right now (it’s been about 4 months, I’m debating how much longer to go).

Most published materials tell us something like 6-8 weeks is probably enough of a break, but none of these studies are based on multi-year tissue transformation & most are not even based on penile tissue. In other words, most of the studies are loose analogies at best & not truly representative of what we do in the PE community (many of us go year after year, slowly making our gains — while most studies are a few weeks/ months & they end).

I’m leaning towards the belief that many PE’ers (at least anyone like me) must take periodic full cold-turkey decon breaks, or gains will stop (it’s happened to me twice now). There’s an article somewhere by Bib where he talks about how different guys have different tissue types & he has a belief (that’s probably true) that his tissue was ideal for elongation & PE (this could explain hard gainers). Perhaps I’m somewhere in the middle where I can make good gains, but then I stall unless I stop for a while…
