Introduction / Background

My PE journey began roughly 3 years ago. While my penis is of somewhat average size I had the feeling that I want just ... more - especially more girth.
So I started to read about PE and started with some basic routines (mostly from this forum). However, I never did PE consistently for a longer period and want to change that now.
I'll try to be as systematic as possible so others can understand my log as well as possible. :)

Goals

Besides increasing the size of my best friend I want to improve my EQ. For reference I start with a 5/10 - goal is 9/10.
I really only care about BPEL and MEG. - so no flaccid stats. :)

Data collection and Hopes

I will measure every Monday and give short feedback about my progress and EQ.
Although I know that my Goals are super ambitious, I hope I can achieve them. My biggest hopes are on getting as much girth and support/feedback/motivation of you as possible :)

It's all good so far!

Day 1 - did full routine, 3s Kegels were hard to complete, phallosan 1 hour (familiarization)
Day 2 - almost full routine, did just 20 1s Kegels (because of clamping), phallosan 2 hours (familiarization)
Day 3 - full routine, 3s Kegels ... again hard to complete, phallosan 3 hours (familiarization) - close to blisters ... since I'm on low-mid green tension, i guess i sticked my glans too deep in the suction bell (?) Maybe I need an S-Sleeve on an M-Bell. Nevertheless I'll try to stick with my current setup because I tried an S-Sleeve on M-Bell and its just too tight imo.

1 Week in

Day 4 - like Day 2 ... almost full routine, did just ~20 1s Kegels (because of clamping), phallosan 4 hours (familiarization) + i felt optimistic and tried phallosan 5 hours overnight, seems like my theory of day 3 was right
Day 5 - phallosan 4 hours during the day
Day 6 + Day 7 - Rest Days = I did nothing except some massaging to deal with the soreness.


Review of the 1st week

I have to be careful not to overtrain. Soreness was quite a thing.
I think I will try to slow down on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I will use a weaker vacuum with my Bathmate and loosen my clamp a little.
For week 2 I will use a shea butter moisturizer.to improve the condition/flexibility of my skin.

Summary

Awesome start! Awesome gains. I guess that they are semi-newbie gains - still a great boost for my motivation. :)
Unfortunately no girth gains. However, the gains fit well into the TGC Theory since the difference BPEL to BPFSL is <0.5" and my errections were quite hard. I lost some EQ - I guess due to the ... "fast start"and the fast gains,
Of course, I need to be careful not to overtrain (no surprise - ambitious goals, ambitious routine)

Let's see if I continue to gain like that. However, I would prefer to gain girth instead of outperforming my length goals :D

17.01.2022 - 2 Weeks in

Day 8 - After two rest days I easily did the full routine - I'm using phallosan overnight now, need to get used to sleep with it - Phallosan 8,5 hours
Day 9 - bathmate just felt superb - clamping somehow doesn't work as intended - used a Cockring instead while kegeling to limit blood flow - 25 x 3s Kegels - Phallosan 7,5 hours
Day 10 - Phallosan 7,5 hours
Day 11 - Cockring again - 25 x 3s Kegels - Phallosan 7,5 hours
Day 12 - Added an extra rest day on Friday - had some itching at the base of my glans - safety first, so no phallosan
Day 13 + Day 14 - Rest Days = some massaging


Review of the 2nd week

shea butter moisturizer really helped my skin, but my glans doesn't like it I think - maybe because of the combination with phallosan (?)... So I'm gonna stay with baby powder on my glans + moisturizer on my shaft
I had less soreness this week, despite the itching which was already gone after 2 rest days. Still glad I had an extra rest day.
There were moments when I was pushing quite hard... but it felt good

Summary
After the awesome gains of the last week, the difficulties (clamping) and the skipped phallosan of Day 12, I'm quite surprised of my gains. So I'm on track with my girth gains. BPEL is far ahead. If I continue to gain that fast I need to change my routine to focus more on girth exercises. But... I expect diminishing returns beginning at 18-18,5.
Oh and EQ is better now. Still not back on pre-PE-level, but still a good sign I guess.


On the other side I would prefer to gain length instead of outperforming my girth goals :biggrin1:

Your EG gains are impressive. What do you think helped you the most with gaining Girth?

Thanks! My girth has mostly been increased do to my Bathmate routine and a combination of horse squeezes, flaccid bends, and compression. I do that with some stretching and 2-3 rounds in bathmate.
I’m working on Length now, but I’m gonna witch Back to girth after a few more weeks or I plateau.

So I reached almost the 2nd BPEL Goal - 5 months early (lol) - so...I'm gonna try to throw in some extra girth exercises - like Ulis / Horse squeezes - after jelqing.
Funfact: If I keep that pace I'm in 5-6 weeks an 8 incher :D (let me dream, ok?!)

I threw in some horse squeezes and Ulis this week to accelerate my girth gains and it felt just awesome.
I'm also thinking about wearing a cockring during the day for a bigger package and some potential girth gains.

Getting erect with my cockring boosted my girth to 11,6cm. So there is some potential, I guess!

Gains are still coming epicly. Since I busted my 6 months length goal in just one month, I'm gonna focus on girth from now on. So my plan is to slowly add more girth exercises and continue to gain length due to phallosan/jelqing. I gonna plateau anyways soon, I think. BUT, I'm so happy to be on track EG-gain-wise.
Cabba told me about squeezes and compressions and I tried some already. I guess horse squeezes, Ulis and compressions can be a nice addition, but I need to be careful not to overtrain. :)
Also, I gonna try to wear a cockring during the day to keep my penis thick.

Oh my god. I just had one of my best Bathmate session ever.
After 3 days of recovery-low-intensity training and no more discomfort I just had to use my bathmate and it was awesome. I guess doing Kegels before a bathmate session is better in my case, because that way it's easier for me to maintain an erection during both exercises..

Straight forward. I'm trying to hold Kegels for 4-5 seconds instead of 3 seconds now. At the end of the week it is pretty hard to hold them that long because my pelvic floor muscles were quite fatigue.

I figured that the Bathmate sessions on Monday and Wednesday are annoying+boring. So I ordered an Airpump and I hope that the pumping sessions will be "more fun".
Almost no gains - so it seems that I really hit my first plateau. But since I'm still gaining some BPFSL, there is still some development measurable.
However... hopefully I'll see some more girth gains soooon.

Quite good. Got my airpump and tried it on Wednesday - works like a charm! But I'm super busy right now, so I could not complete my full phallosan routine. :(

Summary
Nice to see some minor gains. So I'm still on track! (yey)
PF feels nice and PIs are good.
So yeah - I guess I'm doing quite well, especially because I already achieved my 3-month-Vol goal - but just because I almost hit my 9-month length goal.

Day 50 - full routine - instead of bathmate: 3x 5min airpump - no edging - Phallosan 7,5 hours
Day 51 - full routine - Phallosan 5,5 hours
Day 52 - full routine - instead of bathmate: 3x 5min airpump - 20 min edging - Phallosan 6 hours
Day 53 - full routine - Phallosan 8 hours
Day 54 - no Phallosan, 12 hours cockring instead
Day 55 + Day 56 - Rest Days = some massaging

Review of the 8th week

Super busy week - short nights and therefore short phallosan sessions. Also, my meal plan was quite unhealthy and recovery (sleep) was bad. Still did most of my routine which went quite well!

Summary

No measurable gains this week. But I got plenty of explanations for that, so no surprise tbh.
On the other hand, erection and measurements are more solid - I guess I can expect girth gain next week! (I measured 11,35 cm EG - I swear! :p )
All over I'm still on track, so everything is fine! Since Airpumping is working as expected, I again adjusted my Routine.
