Introduction / Background
My PE journey began roughly 3 years ago. While my penis is of somewhat average size I had the feeling that I want just ... more - especially more girth.
So I started to read about PE and started with some basic routines (mostly from this forum). However, I never did PE consistently for a longer period and want to change that now.
I'll try to be as systematic as possible so others can understand my log as well as possible.
Starting Stats
26.09.2018 (some old measurement I made pre PE):
NBPEL 14,3 cm / 5.6"
BPEL 15,8 cm / 6.2"
EG 11,0 cm / 4.3"
Vol = 144 cm³
02.01.2022 (now after some months off):
NBPEL 15,5 cm / 6,1"
BPEL 17,0 cm / 6,7"
EG 11,0 cm / 4.3"
Vol = 155 cm³

Goals
Besides increasing the size of my best friend I want to improve my EQ. For reference I start with a 5/10 - goal is 9/10.
I really only care about BPEL and MEG. - so no flaccid stats.

5 min warmup
2x stretching (20 s each: left, right, straight out, straight up, straight down)
50 Kegels
10 minutes wet jelqing

5 min warmup
2x stretching (20 s each: left, right, straight out, straight up, straight down)
3x 5 min Bathmate
50 Kegels while clamping
8h Phallosan (overnight)
Wednesday
5 min warmup
2x stretching (20 s each: left, right, straight out, straight up, straight down)
50 Kegels
10 minutes wet jelqing

I will measure every Monday and give short feedback about my progress and EQ.
Although I know that my Goals are super ambitious, I hope I can achieve them. My biggest hopes are on getting as much girth and support/feedback/motivation of you as possible
