Today was day off number 2. I haven't done anything related to PE in the last few days other than the measurement yesterday but I figured I would write down some of my goals before I measure next!
GOALS
1. NO MISSED SESSIONS!!! I need to avoid these at all costs since one missed session seems to lead to more and it throws off my entire mindset for PE which takes at least a few more days to recover from.
2. Take at least 5 actual seconds (not just a 5-count) for each jelq stroke and keep grip light.
3. Get 8 hours of sleep per night - I was very stressed out over the last 3 weeks and for at least the last two, I have not been getting adequate sleep (I function awfully if I don't sleep enough).
4. Make sure to eat breakfast every day - This is the meal that I most often miss.
I am fully going to commit to these four goals for the next 3 weeks. I am usually in the habit of setting goals for myself but oftentimes they'll be more of a set of guidelines than things that I fully commit to (tomorrow is the ONLY exception to this because I have to get up pretty early so I won't make a full 8 hours). I know that committing myself to these four things will undoubtedly lead to some very nice gains in the near future
