It's Ok to use a medium condom on the LG bell. Many guys here do that with larger heads but not as girthy a shaft!

Hey Jock,
I am curious if you have started back on PF yet? If so, how many days did you wait? I am uncircumcised and feel that this is one reason that I am more prone to blisters and glans issues (eg, glans not used to being uncovered all the time and/or under pressure). I am trying to be more patient and condition my glans; I did well for over 2 months, then last Monday (after 2 1/2 day) break I went back at it full force and developed a large blister and petechiae on my glans. The large blistered area started to peel away in a sheet and after several days it is all gone. I am probably thinking Tamora is right on recurring glans issues; I need to give it more time and ease into it slower....I hate having my progress halted and the feeling of starting over. But I do not think it is the fault of the product...it's my own eagerness to get up to a higher tension level sooner than I should.

No, I haven't started back yet, still waiting for my blister spot to FULLY HEAL, plus Julian just returned, and is sending me 3 new protector caps for my head that should arrive by next Monday or Tuesday. Like you, I still need the caps since I'm a Newbie @ PF, and I sure don't want to try using it again without wearing a cap, for the forseeable future. I'm circumcised, + a "shower" and have had "head injuries" before (cuts & bruises from sports, zipper injuries, etc), but never a blister! I'm keeping Neosporen on it, but it seems to be taking forever to heal! I'm giving it as long as it takes though, before putting the PF vacuum back on, to insure NO redevelopment of that blister! YOU should be EXTRA CAREFUL I'd think as an uncut guy, that's not accustomed to having your head knocked around all day-every day like us cut guys! So, MAKE SURE you've healed completely before restarting, and always wear a protective cap. Julian will send you some!

I've experienced recurring blisters on the same spot in the past, with and without the protector cap and haven't been able to correlate anything that I may or may not have done differently between sessions.
Again, in my experience, the blisters take weeks rather than days to heal fully. I've tried to continue with the PF once new skin has formed but was still a "lesion" where the blister had been and this has always led to a recurrence.

I have a big glans (you can see my shaft pics on my profile, I think).
After pumping one or two times, my glans fill completely the bell (I dont use the cap and it's a great feeling !)
I use the medium sleeve without any problem.

I received my phallosan in the mail, but it was missing the 4 free sleeves and the DVD! What do I do? ??

Hey Frankie...what do you do??? Sit back, take a "chill pill", relax and welcome to the world of having your todger pulled at for hours on end!
There's no more DVD in the box...all the info is on the PF website now declared by Julian a while back on this thread. You're quite welcome to mine...but it only has all the PF videos you have probably already seen and whatnot.
There's also no more 3 free sleeves (not 4 as you stated)...you should have 2 small, 3 medium and 2 large in the box. Originally, there was only one of each in the box.
There is only one of each in the box, attached to the bells. Nothing extra. The website said it would come with extra sleeves: 1 sm, 2 med, 1 large. They weren't in there.

Okay...I see what you mean now by 4 free sleeves. They should have been included...email Julian with "URGENT! ATTENTION OF JULIAN" in the subject line. Hopefully, you'll get a quick response as long as he's not still being fed grapes by nurses!

Make sure you powder the condom you have and handle with care...they're pretty robust but not "unbreakable". Hopefully, it'll last you well beyond receiving the others.

The large sleeve is too big for me, but the medium bell is too small. I am using the medium sleeve on the large bell. Will this ruin the sleeve?
