New York's, already marinating for when mama gets up for night shift. Onions and mushrooms sauteed in butter. Bacon for breakfast. Horrible selection of filets at the store, and yes fighting sucks.

Hello there,i was hoping u can help me.
Although this is my first post on this forum I'm registered member for quite some time. And after allot of frustration and failed exercises i could use some help.
I finished JP 90 twice and still didn't achieve any gains also i was doing allot of Jelqing (i did warmup before any exercise)...and after 10 months i have 0 gains. I'm probably a hard gainer so i was hoping you could recommend me some exercises that could work.

Do you have a journal of your training efforts available to post here? Did you make any improvement in EQ while you were training?

Sorry i was not able to respond sooner , I was preoccupied with work.
I was doing something like that:
10-15 minutes of warming up.
5-10 minutes of stretching
5-10 minutes of wet jelq's
and during the day I was doing kegel exercise.
My EQ was improved while i was training

How did you progress in your workout with reps, time, etc. per session? Do you have a journal to review?

Merely performing the same workouts over and over again will fail to yield results once your penis adapts to it.

You should have been increasing reps and intensity very regularly, and keeping a journal is very important if you plan on training seriously and long term.

Hi Big Al, I'm a newbie who is looking to start PE but i have a very short frenulum - benulum breve. i can not retract my foreskin over my head fully when erect, maybe just under half way. i really would like to start adding some length but I'm wondering if the frenulum breve will affect and chances of gains e.g the length getting longer frenulum geting even tighter. i am waiting to see if i can have a frenuloplasty as my frenulum wont stretch any longer but in the meantime i want to start pe just wondering if there is any point in me starting now?

My recommendation would be for you to focus on activities that don't aggravate your frenulum, for now. Kegels, and controlled edging should be fine.

Once you've undergone your procedure and have been cleared to train, you can get started.

It's not easy to pinpoint what your limiting factors are until you've tested them. An extender can extend the entire penis, but the brunt of the effort is, I think, taken up by the ligaments.

Targeting the tunica is done by ensuring that your tunica is as pliant as possible. Maximizing EQ is one part of the puzzle. Exercises like squeezes will target the tunica for expansion as well. Though there are [usually]layers to the tunica and the squeeze is supposed to target the penis "laterally", the longitudinal tunica is likely stressed during these actions.

More targeted options would include stretching exercises where bends in the shaft are employed, and "bundled" stretches.

The cord you mention is something typical to the human penis. Unless you have a control to compare it to you wouldn't be able to determine if yours was more or less resistant than most.
