OK. So I thought I would try to start a log and share my routines with others. I started just about 17 months ago but did not really keep track of time spent and doing what. I did do 4 months of beginner routines to start with no gains, and put in quite a few hours with Phallosan Forte. Oh, and a little bit of bathmate usage. I took a month break and got back into it and then finally had gains. I found after I stopped a lot of manual routines, that's when I gained using bathmate, Phallosan Forte, edging, supplementation and vitamins.
