My penis is measuring bigger and my girl even says it looks bigger, but I just don't see the difference. Im going on a break for a little while as I'm very busy at the moment and will come back to PE in a month, hopefully that won't screw anything up :/ lets just call it a deconditioning break.


If your measurements are growing and you're getting positive feedback, perhaps you're not looking at yourself correctly? If you look down at your penis, there's a foreshortening effect that can make it appear smaller than it is. Try observing yourself in the mirror at times to note any real observable changes.

It is likely me, my perception looking down is certainly skewed.

My BPEL is now very consistently 18.1cm (7.1"). Been doing a few manual stretches where I can when pissing etc and really getting the hang with stretches. I'm feeling good about PE and excited for my NBPEL to be 7.1" one day.

Probably a little bit. If you do it once its not that big deal, but twice consecutive times its a bit too much, in my opinion. You should take more control over it. If you feel the need to cum, stop. Whats more important for you? Orgasm or bigger penis? Think about that always.

I have different approach now. I ejaculate after every PE session (after every edging). But I dont know, maybe I would have better gains if I didnt ejaculate that often, but I ejaculate anyway because I think its not good for your prostate to hold the semen in, you have to release it.

If you're engaging in a lot of regular sexual activity, you should be able to forgo some or even all of your regularly scheduled stamina training.

A good rule of thumb is the 60 minute rule. If your sexual activity has you engaged in vigorous movements WITH a full erection for a total of 60 minutes or more per week, you can forgo the Stop and Start. For any time less than that, you should make it up in your training. If you're practicing kegeling for control during your sexual activity, you can estimate offsetting that from your routine as well.

My libido has gone to sh*t, I'm not horny at all anymore. I have next to no sensitivity on my dick so it makes masturbating pointless and the only pleasure i get is orgasm. Erections are weak etc etc. Im stressed at the moment, its a stressful time for me but I feel like these problems may have more physical causes and its only adding to the stress.

I'm not too sure although my stress is bad right now, not getting much sleep and eating shitty plus I'm not exercising like i was could be factors. Regardless I've never had strong EQ and I'm sick of going to the doctors to be told nothing is wrong.

The older you get, the more important diet, exercise, rest, and stress management are going to be in maintaining and improving your EQ.

If you're not happy with your EQ then you might want to consider focusing on improving that alone for awhile and putting enlargement exercises on the back burner. If you can raise your EQ, your size gains should be easier to come by.

The Stop and Start would be the exercise to focus on. It would be supplemented with kegels. if you are sexually active, then you can mimic the actions in the Stop and Start so that you can develop more stamina and control.

Before I can remember, but recently I've started to think this can't be right. I have some sensitivity on my head but only stimulating my head will probably result in a loss of sensitivity there but i have no other sensitive areas on my dick.

For the time being, you might consider a "reverse" Stop and Start. This is where you attempt to induce ejaculation as quickly as possible using as little stimulation as possible. This can also be done in conjunction with the "Mastering Your Orgasms" exercise.


For future reference, this would be an issue that should be taken care of to the best of your ability before starting a full training regimen.

Okay so I have some good news to report, I've recently been edging/masturbating a lot more recently out of boredom/stress relief, doing some of Big Al's squeezes, stretching here and there with no real routine just when I can and my erections are through the roof! It feels great man holy sh*t. I did jelq a little yesterday without warming up or anything (actually all exercises I've been doing without warming up as just do them randomly) to try out a jelqing technique, hard to say if it worked or if the squeezes I'm doing atm are working or it could even be the increase in masturbation thats giving me crazy EQ but I really hope its PE doing its magic.

I only do like 5-7 5 second squeezes 2 days on one off and stretches randomly throughout the day and then somedays i'll edge and cum after 30 minutes. Really great EQ right now and I can just think erotic thoughts and get hard! I'm also less stressed than i have been recently that too could be a factor but I desperately hope that this is a sign that PE will work for me properly now.

Ohhh also I've been getting harder night wood, sex dreams more frequently and am horny as hell. I don't usually wake up hard but its usually plump looking.

For some trainees, 5 minutes of jelqing can constitute a full enlargement routine on its own. Try either reducing or omitting the jelqs entirely to see if your EQ rebounds.

Thats what I think i'll do, I'll keep to just squeezes and stretches and a bit of edging for a while and see how it goes :)
