my wife can go for a week without sex. but she's very hot and i need it at least every other day. so we try every other day and in between bj's and hj's. i get very irritable because i have a high sex drive if we wait longer than 2 days.

I'd say you're very normal for a guy.......I'm 42 years old and have a BIG sexual appetite. Because of our circumstances (she lives in a 1 bedroom apartment with her two kids, so NO privacy unless her kids are gone), my gf and I manage sex about once, sometimes twice a month..........NOT our preferred or ideal situation but we just go with it for right now. My gf and I both LOVE sex and love the physical connection it brings the two of us and my gf will flat out tell me "I'm horny and I want sex"......works for me because I'm generally ALWAYS in the mood to slice some off.

Oh don't think that thought hasn't crossed our minds......the first blow job she gave me was in her minivan parked in front of my house......at night of course...lol

I have sex every day with my girlfriend of 8 years! Of course we skip when she's on her period.
On one hand you could say having sex everyday causes complacence, and makes things boring. It does seem to feel that way sometimes. We share each others fantasies and we are both jealous, so it brings us both down. We power past it and realize they are just fantasies and not something we need to experience. After these revelations about our sexuality and having sex every day, she began to squirt out of nowhere! Its only something I had seen in porn, but it happened before my very eyes. Bad move on my part... she found out that I was communicating with other females and flipped. We have been up and down ever since, as my actions caused a rift in the relationship.
The closeness you feel by having it every day is amazing. You have to be creative and passionate to keep things interesting. Abstaining for longer periods creates a sense of sexual dissatisfaction for both of us. Every couple becomes complacent, so long term couples that start taking a break from sex snowball. Every two days becomes, becomes once a week, to twice a month, to once a year....

Many times parents schedule so much stuff for their kids to do plus their jobs and house duties there's no time left for them. Scale back and schedule yourselves time every day.
The more quality time of intimate non sexual contact the more sex you will want to have

I think the number one reason for sex often not being satisfying in marriage is the entrence of kids. Recent statistics supports this theory big time. :O

Every relationship I've ever had sex was every day. My fiancée and I do it at least once a night, usually twice, and if we both have the day off we always have morning, afternoon, and night sex.
