I have been exercising for 4-5 years.
I had tendinitis on my left shoulder for 2 years
I have lower back pain and i cant pick up things more than 50 pounds, its been months now and i know it will never completely heal .My pain was so bad that i had to take pills for months , i lose a bit of hair , and felt worthless and depressed because the pills made me feel like sh*t!
So please learn from me , I was an exercise addict ,
Right now im feeling better , my back is heeling , my mind is fresher.
1)please do not continue to exercise if u feel pain , the pain will get worser and worser . If u have pain ur body is telling you to rest.
2)please dont bring your problems to the gym, dont think by going the extra mile that you will get an edge in life, all your going to get is fatigue and injuries.
3)please eat ur vegetables, whenever u feel fatigued, it means ur body needs to eat more carbs, Don't continue ur days with a fatigued body , If you continue with a fatigued body ur hair will fall out, (my fuken hair fell out when i was trying to lose weight for girls) ..IF u feel fatigued then something is wrong!,. Lower ur exercise intensity by 50% and eat more CARBS and protein. SOmetimes you have to exercise with a 50% intensity for weeks until ur body recovers from fatigue ...
4)do not continue to exercise with the same intensity every session , One day you can exercise with 80 % intensity and the other day you should exercise with a 100% intensity than the other day exercise with a 50% intensity . MIX IT UP!!!!!! it prevents fatigue!!!!!!!!
5)you need to learn about exercise from the masters, from the old heads, this new kats are just trying to sell you something, there are so many theories out there. Please understand 90% of the sh*t you read is FALSE!!! LIES! BALLSHIT! .. BALLSHIT BALLSHIT , also what works for somebody might not work for you! .
6) listen to your body , exercise should be a pleasure, if ur not feeling well then ur body is telling u something!, listen to your body do not follow those scientific Arnold Schwarzenegger routines, but instead listen to your body. You must be 100% when u exercise ,
7) exercise is supposed to give you energy , you should come to the gym and leave MORE REFRESHED MORE RELAXED! MORE ENERGETIC!, you must feel stronger after you left the gym!!!!! .
8)stop exercising to "failure" if you feel that you could of done 10 pushups please do 7 pushups, Next time do 5 pushups , than the next session do 8 pushups.IF u feel u got stronger go ahead and do 11 pushups, and so on etc... Please keep away from failure it only builds up fatigue! ..

Learn from the people that had injuries !!!!!! they have the most experience, they learned the hard way because their the dumbasses that believed everything they read....
19)never exercise before bedtime, it will disrupt sleep!,(best is to exercise in the morning or in the afternoon), at night learn to relax,
20)if u wake up in the morning and feel tired then something is wrong, you should wake up and feel refreshed
21) oh i forgot the most important thing = WARMUP!!!!!! WARMUP!!! for 10 to 15 minutes , JOG !!!! start shadow boxing , WARMUP ! WARM UP! WARM UP! WARM UP! WARM UP!

2)do not follow my advice because of the physical part, Im not trying to improve your bench and i would never give you advice how to improve your bench , im only interested about how you feel . I want the exercise to make you feel better emotionally and physically .
