Towel Raise Step-by-step
1. Place a hand towel on your erect penis.
2. Kegel to lift the towel up and down.
Tip 1! When your erection starts to subside, place two fingers underneath the penis to help you to squeeze in a few more repetitions.
Tip 2! At first use a dry hand towel. As you advance, add more weight by wetting the towel.

What does this exercise do for your penis? does it help with girth or sexual stamina?
It’s not for your penis growth, it works your PC muscles which when flexed can stop ejaculation. However strengthening your PC is essential for clamping, jelqing, and pretty much all of the other exercises. It also allows your penis to hold in more blood when erect which makes for a harder/stronger erection which does help get your fullest erection.
I really enjoy doing this every now and then maby 2-3 times a week in the shower along with other PE workouts after a shower… there really fun on top of that 🙂
This exercise is much more beneficial than doing regular kegels. It is like the dumbbell for the penis, thus just like the bicep that won’t be bigger without weights.
