It’s January 3rd. Chances are, you’re still pretty gung-ho about those New Year’s resolutions.
However, next week will be harder.
And the week after that will be even harder.
Real life. Family. Work. Weather. Stress. And more will all try to entice you to give up.
So, how do you stay motivated?
One of my favorite ways to stay motivated is to read motivational quotes. I have my favorites in frames, on my office walls. But, when I come across something new I particularly like, I’ll print it out and tack it to the wall as is. Putting new ones up, makes them more powerful – and more likely that I’ll see them.

If you want 2017 to be your year:
Don’t sit on the couch and wait for it. Go out. Make a change. Smile more. Be excited. Do new things. Throw away what you’ve been cluttering. Unfollow negative people on social media. Go to bed early. Wake up early. Be fierce. Don’t gossip. Show more gratitude. Do things that challenge you.
Be brave.
Mistakes are proof that you’re trying.
It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. You will need to make healthy decisions. It requires sacrifice.
You will need to push your body to its max. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal…
…It’s worth it!
