Got a question for you all, how long is it supposed to take to get erect? With porn it takes me like up to 20 seconds max but without porn it takes maybe 2 minutes is this normal? Or am i overthinking things!

it is normal to need more time to get erect without porn or a partner near you since you don't have a direct stimulation and are probably not yet used to edge without porn. This can also be speed up with imagination to some extent but usually if you force imagination it does not work since you also must be in the mood.

As you get above 45 minutes per one session/sitting try to challenge yourself with different poses, speed, lubricant, hand position, thrusting etc. Every time you pass 45 minute mark with the same edging routine it is time to change something otherwise your progress will get diminishing results.

Alright, im gradually increasing speed every session, what sort of poses are you on about because i mainly use lieing down and sitting at my desk :)

In essence try to simulate the poses you would have been when you have sex. Also try to thrust with your hips rather than just using the hand movement, try edge with different amount of lube (or no lube), try experimenting with stronger grips (but not to strong) etc.

Ive had a very stressful day so don't think i'll do any edging today as another reason is i just can't get an erection fully hard for long enough and its really annoying me it could be stress and anxiety who knows but i can overcome this though.

Kind of worried, just looking at pictures of naked girls and im only really getting a semi this is without touching anyone got any ideas? I really god damn fucking hope that i don't have ED im pretty young so.

This kind of delayed erection (if I can call it that) maybe a sign that you should decrease edging a little bit and let your pelvic floor/penis rest, sometimes it is simply an indicator that you have overworked the pelvic floor, sometimes it is a sign that you are fatigued overall (either stress or some strenuous activity).

Not long just a few days or so. Keep in mind edging constantly can be as bad as exercising constantly, you need time in between not only for physical and mental rest, but to also engage in other things so as not to be totally emersed in fixing pre e.
