I would not have a doubt about his claims if he said even as little as a year, maybe even less but 2 months, cant buy it. The routine is way too intense for a newbie. Here I gained 1.65 in 60 days and all I did was everything that a newbie shouldnt, you all try it and tell me what happens to you in a week or two, peace.
Okay then bigo, Somebodyelse gained about 1.5 inches in length in a 2-3 month period by doing a 15 minute routine without ever doing a warm up. So what do you say about that?

I rarely believe anyone when they say they have gained so quick in a short time or even gained a lot over a long period but I don't criticise them. This is one I'm tempted to believe mainly because he has a solid routine whereas some other guys claim to have gained huge amounts from small weak routines which I never believe.

Do people seriously believe this guy?

He is offering up a non revolutionary routine as revolutionary, advising extreme exercises and intensities for beginners, use bad science in reference to his anatomy and physiology, uses terrible analogies, claims nearly 6x the gains in his second month as his first, and claims to have reinvented the wheel.

Not to mention his story just seems to be too perfect, he had an above average penis, in 2 months he managed to virtually achieve the magical 8x6". Now he is making girls orgasm like mad... in 5 minutes... from the bottom... oh and he did doggy to.

Oh, wait! I forgot he has managed to overcome sexual anxiety and premature ejaculation too. He is offering up the best of stories, and a story is just what it is.

He claims nearly 1.4" in 28 days. That is almost 1/16" PER DAY! The tissues involved cannot adapt that quickly. Don't let his shoddy science and *cough* interesting *cought* analogies fool you, smooth muscle and collagen cannot adapt this quickly. He failed to mention that when tissues are stressed beyond their capability, they are injured. EQ will suffer from that much intense work. But, wait, he only suffered injuries in the first month, none while he was making these tremendous gains. Again, just too good to be true.

This guy is offering hope and a ridiculous claim of salvation for all of those guys who are having trouble gaining. And what are they likely to get for their trouble? Injured.

To anyone who is considering his routine please remember that this is the internet and anyone can say anything that they wish. He claims to be almost an RN, yet uses some very shoddy science to justify some pretty extreme exercises. I would strongly urge caution.

None of the exercises are new they are all available to see on the PEGym exercises, so it's just as dangerous as any other intermediate routine.

He is advising using extreme forces with a force multiplying technique. You won't see that in any intermediate routine. If this is no different than any other intermediate routine, don't you think that we would be seeing more gains like it?

That exercise is listed on here. If it's so dangerous it should be removed.

Nobody is saying anybody else will gain a millimetre from his routine. It's just that coffee is probably one of those rare freaky individuals who gained like crazy from an ordinary looking routine.

I agree, I was wondering who would call shenanagans first. I've noticed a lot of this stuff lately, what happened did LPSG stop adding members?

The exercise isn't the problem. Its him talking about using his full(and being a pretty strong guy) strength on his v and a stretches.

The guy talks about lactic acid as a limiting factor in growth of cardiac muscle for pete's sake. He says you do not have to worry about over training smooth muscle because it doesn't accumulate lactic acid and therefore can't be overtrained. Firstly, smooth muscle does accumulate lactic acid, and lactic acid isn't a limiting factor nor it is directly responsible for overtraining in skeletal muscle tissue either.

This guy does not know what he is talking about and his advice is dangerous.

And yet he gained a high normal amount during his first month. Then nearly 6x that amount the second month. It just doesn't make sense.

Danger isn't about an exercise being new or not, it's about doing stuff way above your skill and conditioning level, such as the routine that the OP posted.

I don't see everyones problem. Is it because he used exercises too advanced or because he claims to have gained so much? His routine is put together from exercises that are listed here, anyone could put that routine together. We all know there is no certain routine that will work for everyone but it looks like a good solid routine which is why I'm giving it a try. If I gain 0.25" in one month I'd call it a success, some other people might try it not gain at all and some might gain 2" that's just how PE works. Everything works different for different people.

As always members have to choose for themselves. Remember as well that what works good for one may not work well for another. Choose wisely and remember the basic principle of pe; safety first.

Both. He's offering up a routine that's way way too advanced for his targeted audience, as well as using crackpot science to back up his claims. The tissues involved just cannot grow at the rate at which he's trying to claim he has gained. .25" in one month isn't all that crazy. 1.4" in 28 days is downright insane.

If people want to throw safety out the window to just yank the hell out of their dicks now, I say go for it. I'm getting tired of helping people do things right when all they want to do is believe crazy stories and believe that they can get their gains NOW, and not over a period of time.

Edit: The OP also says he was injured for a good portion of the time he was doing that routine, yet he still did PE and gained. If anyone really believes that, well shoot me now.

I did PE religiously for nearly six years, I gained .75inches in length and about 3/8 inches in girth. Your dick is not silly putty, gains take time and dedication.

His science may be fucked up but there is a few of mods here who have claimed 2"+ in a couple of months do you believe them? I don't believe guys who claim to gain so quick from the JP 90 but I believe this guy because of his intense routine. If he wants to risk injury to his cock by doing too advanced exercises that's up to him, I'm not gonna lose any sleep over it. He took a huge risk and it payed off, good for him. I wouldn't even say his routine is that intense for someone who has been PEing 6month+, it's just as dangerous as a routine someone chose for themselves from the exercises listed and I'm sure there are guys here who do far more intense workouts. The main problem people seem to have is that it has 3 V stretches, are they really so dangerous??

Going411by7 in his success thread states during months 3 to 4 and through part of month 5 he went from 7.75 to 10.50. So his gain rate is almost the equivilent of coffee's gain rate so if you believe G4 then there's no reason not to believe Coffee.
