To answer this question, I am going to need to replace the women in these scenarios with a men. My answer would be (a).

For me, sex is far too pleasurable to have it limited to one time only. Also, as I would be sure to make the sexual encounter as enjoyable for both of us as I could, any concerns afterward about whether or not they were satisfied would be short-lived.

Great to look at this from a female perspective but..... You aren't a man. The reason I asked this question is because I've never had a chance at A. Only been with one partner, my wife, and because I'm so in love with her, now I know I'd choose B. All I'd ever wanted is to satisfy her, still not completely sure of this, is any man? To please her completely and know for sure would be all I need. Just one time, bucket list complete.
