20 mins on the bike. Oatmeal for breakfast, and some chicken breast for lunch, had some walnums in between. I also happen to live on the 15th floor, so for an extra kick I I got off the elevator on the 7th floor and walked up, eventually I'll start jogging up the stairs. Didn't do any medicine ball or row machine excersises today.

Well, since I quit tobacco completly, My breathing has improved, my heart rate isn't as high when I do physical activity, although its only been 4 days I can feel the difference. Since I started taking viatimins in the morning and revamped my diet I find that I have more energy throughout the day. It will only get better and better :D

i would seriously suggest taking a dhea supplement, as well as ZMA, and a solid multivitamin. in conjunction with diet and exercise, this could boost your results by about 50 percent. in my experience, and i speak solely from my experience, these are the supplements to buy, many many others are wastes of money, but these actually are very effective. in addition to aiding your weightloss and strength gain, they will give you a mood boost.

i would suggest adding in some weight training. just because your ankle is out doesn't mean you can't bench press. more muscle burns more energy makes you lose quicker.

Was running errands all day so I didn't get a chance to work out today. Bought a new scale today, now I just need to get some AAA batteries for it :D

Haven't filled my workout log in a week, so Im gonna update it. Still doing core and cardio, droped 3 lbs so far. Been using the stairs way more often now, espeically the 15 floors I have to take to get to my suite. Bought a 20 lbs kettle ball last week, works awesome and it is very versatile. I might buy another one to make things interesting down the road, but for now the one will do.
