Based on my research, pumping is not great for permanent gains. I have pumped a decent amount of times and have only noticed a better flaccid hang and maybe better EQ. I must admit, it is GREAT for a flaccid hang. I have no experience with clamping though.
Pumping alone probably wont give you permanent results but if you mix it with manual PE it can increase gains.I have heard mixed reviews of pumpings ability to cause permanent gains. The research i have done suggests most of pumping gains last only between 5min-1hour But on this forum ive seen people claim great gains in girth due to pumping.
A agree completely. I gained over .25 " after nine months of pumping. After two years, I am up about 1/2 inch in girth. Not sure it is perminant, but I do know if I take a week or two break from pumping, the additional girth is still there. I do not consider myself a clamper because I only do it several times a month.Expecting fast gains from pumping just because you see a plumpness isn't good, now if you keep a nice pumping routine for 9 months or so then you will be getting gains and cementing it slowly.
In addition to pumping, I also use my extender about three hours a day and an ADS for five hours a day. Clamping makes my glans too sensitive for extending and my ADS. I like to use the clamp after pumping, but I usually pump when I get up in the morning, and there is not enough time left for clamping. Also, with so much time devoted to other routines, I tend to forget about clamping. Now that I think about it, perhaps I should alternate pumping and clamping in the morning.not2big why dont you clamp often?
