Hey new to the site and just had a few basic questions and wanted to know what a realistic goal for me would be to set as far as length and girth go. Don't remember how I even found the site but I think I was actually looking up where to get some cheap beta-alanine since I lift all the time and there was a post on it here but any way to the questions.
One what would be a realistic goal for me, I measured length and girth last night and I was at 8" long and 6.5" for girth, I was thinking an inch increase both ways would be nice because it just looks small to me.
Second question would be what is the best and fastest way to increase the size?
