I have always thought that I have had a below average penis.
My stats are currently 5.8- 6 inches NBPEL and around 5 -5.25 inches in girth (mid shaft).
(sorry my measurements are not consistant, All I have is a piece of flag tape and a tape measurer to get my stats)
Whenever I look at my erect penis it just seems very thin but from the penis charts I have seen I have an above average girth.

Well its just I have been PEing in secret and I know I have definately gained in the girth department(probably a 1/4inch).

Guys, women will always be the best judge. They may not be able to pin point the exact measurement number, but considering they will probably have had several to several dozen in their hands/mouths/vaginas/asses/etc. They will be much more a judge of "average" than any test you read online. Unless you are a gay man, I feel women will have the clearer picture of how we hold up. In other words, if you are with several women and they all seem to hold a similar account if your penis size (and being honest ) you will probably not have a better "ruler".

Correct if I am wrong, but I think that yoru dick may feel larger than it is when it goes inside a woman. This is especially true if there is a lot of pressure against the vaginal walls (i.e. she is very tight and squeezing your dick, or you are thick and putting more pressure on the walls).
