What is a safe routine for the bathmate?

Hey guys
so I just started using the Bathmate 2 weeks ago. And I have a couple of questions. First I thought I stared out at a slow and safe way 10 min sections at about 150mm and did this for about 1 week straight. I had no Irritation or pain. So I stared pumping at 165mm for about 10 mins. Still no pain but my shaft just under my glad keeps swelling up as well as my urethra.Again there is no pain at all.
***So first question if there is no pain is it safe to keep pumping at 165mm( but again there is swelling and red dots)? And second do you have any suggestions about routines? If I am going to fast?

I'm using bm for about a month and I just kept increasing how far I cud pump each week. I'm up to 190mm now had some slight pain at the first couple of weeks. The red dots are normal just stick to what you're comfortable with. If you feel you've overdone it take a few days rest

Do you guys go in flaccid or erect?

Have you seen any length gains since you've been using it?

I started flaccid because I am just following the instructions. I know most guys talk about using it when erect to get that little bit extra bang. But personally I am starting flaccid because it is taking longer to get use to it then I expected to.

And I have been having a bumpy start with the bathmate. I am to early in to tell.
But I have been using a product called "the sizeGenius" for about 4 months now and I gained half an inch. So I am very confidant that the bathmate will work just as well.

i also just started using the bathmate. Should we use it everyday? Or take a couple days off a week? Also, what's the ideal time length to be using the pump
per day? 20 minutes? thanks for any info.

Hey guys.

I've had the bathmate for sometime now. I got it almost 2 years ago. Started aggressively then stopped all together with PE. I've only started recently in September.

First, I suggest light stretching and jelqing before a bathmate session. This will get you nice and loose so your fluid buildup will be at a minimum. After a week or two, you won't have any fluid underneath your glands and have a super swollen alien pee hole.

20 minutes is fine. Going in flaccid is fine. But going in erect has it's pros and cons. When I first started, I went in erect to get max pressure like everyone on MoS said they did. I had terrible swelling. I even pushed it to 30 min sessions. This made my dick hang like but after a while the fluid still stayed and diet go away for several days. I gave up and decided to stop before I destroy my favorite organ. I started up recently taking it slow, much like my hanging sessions. I approach PE much like my workouts in the gym. Sometimes less is more. Sometimes I mix things up to prevent reaching a plateau.

I found that jelqing for 5 min then pump for 10 minutes and Jelq another 5 and pump 10 min. Thats it. Bathmate session complete! If you're swollen the next day then don't pump. Don't get fixated on reaching a certain # in the chamber like I did. Me hitting 180 seemed like a good idea but my penis told me it wasn't. Take your time. Even if you only pump for 5 or 10 minutes. Sometimes we need to take that one step back to progress forward.

Is this fluid build up dangerous? does the effects of pumping and the engorgement last long after the session, meaning does the penis stays bigger from sometime after it?

The fluid is not dangerous per se. However it can bear some negative consequences. For instance, I had a slight squishy feeling in my erect penis and when I kept pumping with that fluid it got pretty crazy and my penis had a slight discomfort to it. Just go slow and Jelq before you enter the chamber. I cannot stress that enough.

I agree with fedor. The Bathmate is both more comfortable and seems less likely to get the doughnut effect (fluid swelling) when I use it after my manual routine.

Do helicopter swings and firestarters, 2 exercises that help prevent (and perhaps cure) discoloration. Do wet jelqs, stretch lightly, do a kegel/reverze kegel routine.

Thank you TheSperminator. I've read this thread https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/12289-way-better-than-helis.html but didn't understand how to do the firestartes because english is not my natural born language and I don't know... I just didn't really understand what rbi99 really means.
Concerning the helishakes and firestarter how long do you think we have to do each one? Did you make them between sets of your bathmate routine?
