So, how much have you gained lengtwise and girthwise?

Since November 1st, I have gained 0.35" in length, and 0" girth.

I probably gained 1/2" length and 3/8" girth in the 1st 6 months and then 1/2" length and 1/8" girth in the last 4 months I've been focusing on length.

I have gained just over 1 inch length and 1.25 inch girth and my glans have doubled in size...been doing it for a long time but seriously for the last 5 years. Currently 8 x 6.25...if a urologist ever said that it can't be done i would drop my draws and say "then explain this because it always hasn't been this big"

SOITENLY! Rice sock for 20-30 minutes. Then JP90...mostly. Left/right/straight out stretches. Slow and as far as I can go either direction. Back and forth for 10+ reps each direction. Then helicopters (Blue Thunder!). Then 25 reps of wet jelqs. More stretches. A few more wet jelqs. THEN a jelq-stretch. Basically a jelq with a forward pull, held just behind the glans for 30 seconds. I do at least 20 of these. After this, two air-pistols with a wink in the mirror and my day is ready to rock!

Now, I've been doing very short piss-pulls (like the jelq-stretch) at the stall 2-3x a day. Depending on traffic, I can get 5-10 in per break.

BPEL 7 1/2" = +3/4"
BPFSL 8" = +1 1/8"
MEG 5 1/2 = +5/8"

I am thrilled with the results.
