Well, as I just posted on another thread in this forum not ten minutes ago, I have an X4 which is supposed to be one of the best,
BUT I DON'T LIKE IT!!!
A good friend of mine (screen name bgstick18 on here) used a "Peni-master" for 5 years and has gained about 2 solid inches.
But he now recently got a "Fastsize" and swears that it is amazing, so my vote is for the fast size.
I like the way the "Male edge" looks by the way it adjusts once you get it on. It uses some ball bearing adjustment to get it where you need it, THEN you start the twisting to make the minor adjustments.
The main thing is to get your penis head to swell, in fact we call it a "Head Swell", where the head swells with blood over 3 times its normal flaccid size. THAT is the most important thing. Also, if your head goes numb, its ok, BUT TAKE IT OFF IMMEDIATELY!!!

I have a FastSize and like it as well. Once you practice getting it on and extended to where you want it, it's fine. I also wrap about a 3/4" strip of gauze below the glans to prevent the noose from digging in. With that, it's comfortable. You do have to take it off for a quick break every 1.5 - 2 hours to make sure the head keeps getting good circulation.
I use the megasizer magnum extender which was relatively cheap and i've gotten good results so far

I did, however, like I said, make a "better" harness strap design that I fashioned out of velcro, those rubber ones it comes with start to slip with higher tension settings.
And like techguy said, its better to also wrap the skin with gauze just below the glans so that you don't hurt your frenulum and rub your skin with the plastic.
Also, I have taken to using the "What-A-Grip" instead of the gauze. It has been talked about on these forums as a way to keep your dingdong from turtling, but it works great as a padding device for the extender, and you dont have to take it off when you take off the extender, thus usually keeping your "Head Swell" that I talked about earlier.
What-A-Grip is sold anywhere they sell tennis products, wal-mart is where I got mine.

but im sure i could buy one in the shop. yes i was thinging of buying one and gettin 2100gram spring.
this would cost (euro) about 185 euro to get it .
but i want to know is it worth it will it work for lenght and girth .

ok im really set on getting x4 labs extender and im planing on puttin in 8 hours a day so i was wondering if anyone was selling one
Karl, you can go to the X4 web site and ( if you have a credit card ) order one of their packages. This was how I did my purchase of my X4 Deluxe package. X4 is in Canada, I am in Texas, U.S.
Most users have to work through getting used to wearing it, fastening comfort issues, and then start the process of getting used to wearing it under lower amounts of pull or tension. Please don't try to do both of theses issues too quickly, or you will (usually) have inter related difficulties. Like slipping, pinching, excessive redness, circulation problems, foreskin issues. This is stated from my own experience and from many others posting their stories. We all get ambitious. You need to move somewhat slowly for a time.

yes i understand dangler im 18 and having got a credit card just yet so i have going to get one sorted tho do you have x4. is it good . i was thinking of gettin that but order the 2100gm springs too.

I am at the 11 month mark, and rarely ( do I / am able to ) use more than 1200 grams.
Why ?
a) It is more "pull" than I can wear comfortably for any length of time. I decided that it is more important to accumulate hours worn "comfortably" than hours worn "un-comfortably".
b) One wants to apply a moderate stretch to cells, not try to tear them apart causing scar tissue.
c) If I want higher forces, I can always build up to them, but not yet.
d) I wear my while I am seated at computer, or horizontal on my sofa. If you think you can wear an extender at 1200 grams while you are moving around, like on the job, you may be mistaken as to how easy/difficult that's going to be.
Karl, don't get too over zealous with the grams. The X4 lengths can be adjusted to compensate for more or less pull by adding/removing rod lengths. ( providing you buy a package that comes with a variety of rod lengths).
My thoughts are you are going to be quite a (time) distance away being able to wear anything close to 2100 grams. In my opinion, that is bordering on "hanging", which has a whole assortment of different complications & considerations.

that helps alot one more question do you think x4 is worth it. as i am planing on buy one really soon and i want one that is a good value for money and the comfort strap is something i really seem keen on
Given the money back guarantee, spare parts availability, versatility of designs in ways to fasten in, product warranty, when I looked about at the competitors products, I thought it was worth it. That said, it must be a decision based on what you decide on your own circumstances.
X4 is good because, as Dangler said,you can use both the noose and strap to see which is better for you. I, myself bought a penimaster , because that was the extnder everybody on TP talked about saying it was the best(in noose and/or strap extenders world). Also penimaster is from Europe so I didn't have to pay extra taxes for customs and shipping just like if I would consider buying an extender outside EU(like X4).
Can I ask everyone here if the extenders they are using are noose based or vac based?
I've read a lot of places that vac based extenders are much safer and no less effective. It's just a thought, but I know personally I'd feel a little uneasy about noosing my unit up
