What does a really high erection angle mean?

When I'm full erect, like 100%, my dick is like straight up, it's actually painful to push it down. Almost parallel to my stomach lmao.
It's not that straight up when its semi erect tho.
Does it mean my ligaments are short / tight? Do I have good potential for growing from manual stretching?
