For the past month and a half my dick has been cold, shrivelled and retracted with a hard flaccid. My balls have been constantly shrunken and pulled up as if its cold but its just constant and uncomfortable. My dick is now an hourglass shape and thin around the middle and i pretty much cant get it up. All i was doing was light jelqing and ive tried abstaining and it helps but only VERY occasionally do i get a decent erection. I dont know what i should do.

My bet would be that either your jelqing wasn't light or you injured yourself in some other way. See light anything causes no damage so what did you really do and rest might be the only cure.

If they were cold then the scrotum would more or less consume them, heat is the opposite .

i swear i only ever did light jelqing. if 10/10 is what you would need to crack an egg my grip was 2/10. how does one balance the pelvic floor?

Hey man, why dont you try taking some ed pills and maybe some l-arginine to see if you notice any difference.

Why not give it time to heal by resting. There is no magic cure to healing other than rest.

Balance the pelvic floor by doing reverse kegels, deep flat footed squats, and any yoga type stretches that work for the abs, lower back, pelvis, abutt, and thighs. Stretch and massage the taint. Leave your penis and scrotum completely alone.

Everytime i try and rest after a couple of days ill get a really promising full erection and then i leave it alone because i know i should rest and then the next day i cant get it up and it goes back to being thin around the middle again and has discoloration

I've been doing this for the last 5 weeks and haven't notice significant improvements at all. Its likely the resting that has allowed for some small recovery, not the exercises. But OP should still try them. I haven't had sex or masturbated in 5-6 weeks. I had a wet dream 2 nights ago though and my dick got really light and long in flaccid state because of it...like a feather. Almost all tension was gone but HF came back anyways.

I think its interesting to note the recovery rates between people who get HF from an injury versus a non-injury. Recovery happens more in people with a non-injury (hormonal, stress, prostatatisis, etc) then an injury (e.g. jelqing).

I have had all the exact same "hf" symptoms as most people on this sight and when the specialist grabbed me to give me a physical exaime just before performing the doppler he said I was really firm/hard and that my mind wasn't letting it relax due to excessive adrenergic tone "adrenaline"(this specialist is the leading peyronies specialist in the country by the way)

The Doppler ended up showing a small venous leak associated with excessive adrenergic tone.

So yours wasnt a physical injury then? Have you ever had the hour glass shape? This is the worst thing that has ever happened to me, today my penis has beeb the hardest and smallest i have ever seen it in my life. It is so scary currently it is shrivelled up so only the head is visiblec this has never happened to me before in ny life

He said there were no physical abnormalities. Yes I have had that, in the flaccid and on the way to erection. I'm guessing when there is a leak the chambers dont fill properly wether flaccid or semi.

Have you had any success fixing that hourglass shape? The past three nights ive been able to have pretty normal erections before i go to bed but i still have this problem where my penis and balls shrink all day everyday to the point where there is pain in my stomach like youve been kicked in the balls.

Basically i have no idea what this is and how to diagnose myself. There are times where i dont have a hard flaccid and it seems normal. The hard flaccid is always accompanied with very tight scrotum (pretty persistent). There is a physical indent at the top of the shaft which goes around the penis when semi erect (dark ring), how ever this is not always the case. After a while of no erections the past three nights i was able to acheive good erections whilst lying down and not only was there no indentation while erect but not even while semi erect. These were good signs but today and yesterday things have yet again become worse. The indentation i believe is from a particular jelqing session a bit over a month ago. I think i have squeezed a little to hard just below the glands and the dark coloured indent is thhr result of this. I just dont understand how someones things are fine/getting better and then it comes back again?

In my opinion I wouldn't do any of these manual exercises or device exercises. Seems the first sign of something not right or off or different and you get put into this negative loop. At least for a good majority of guy's. Maybe it's something some guys or certain genetics are missing mentally that others who excell at pe have. They just some how stay in a constant spiral up ward, while others have fear and are in a constant downward spiral.
