Besides the study you are talking about this is as close as I can get to giving you a statistic. Many of the people in that challenge have already gained girth. I have only seen a couple of guys with 7" and above girths. That is guys who are PE'ing and have cemented those gains for years without pumping. I have only seen one guy with 8" in girth on Th***er's P**ce and he had a lot of problems with having sex with his wife.
