Weight loss method

Weight loss method

Hello All, this is my first post.

I would like to share with you how I lose weight quickly when I have been a bit careless, for a bit too long. It does not happen too often, but like me I'm sure even the best of you health "nuts" go through stages.

I begin by having something small for breeakfast, usually some multigrain bread with vegemite. I will only drink water or protein thorughout the day and only eat one main meal at night consisting of only Veges or salad. Being vegetarian of course this would be easier for me, but perhaps try it for yourself.

Even if I do not undergoe any physical activity at the end of 5 days I would lose about 3-4 kg or roughly 10 pounds. If I undergoe physical activity I do add some light carbs to my diet, but only before dinner time, even with carbs I usually lose about 5-6kg a week. It's a bit of sacrifice, but if yo uwant to lose weight quickly, that's what works for me.

Be sure not overdo it once you get back to your normal diet, usually your stomach would have shrunk by the end of the week, so don't go eating as much as you usually do, actually you should never eat till your full, just until you are satisfied and for those that don't know regular smaller meals say 4 -5 a day is a lot better for your weight management and maintenance than the usualy 3 big meals a day.

All the best, I look forward to gathering some great info and contributing a lot more to this forum. For those of us with websites we should get the Admin's ok and link to this great site to push up the google ranking, there is a vast amount of information here that ordinary people may not normally find out about. It should help if we put the pegym website in our signature as well.

Breakfast Ive been told to be the biggest meal of the day then gradually eat less as the day goes on..
This is a brief description of what i eat as my diet. BTW im 5'9 235.
Morning- 2 eggs beaten, with a can of tuna mixed, then weight lift.
After Gym(Snack)- Water, Couple Slices Of Turkey.
Lunch- Talapia (Best Fish Out There), With 2 Cups Of Vegetables
Snack- Water, With Some Sort Of Fruit.
Dinner- Salad with 1 piece of chicken breast. low fat italian dressing.
Nite Snack if hungry- 1 Snack Cup of Non-sugared Strawberry jello<-- Honestly i think it taste better than the original.

Drink Water, Its Best to switch to Nofat OR 1% milk, If you gon eat vegtables try to stay away from the canned vegatables. Some types but i know others will have more..

And with this diet what kind of workouts do you do? I actually just ordered the p90 exercise not the p90x but the first series so I wonder if that would require a different type of diet? But I will try ur diet except for the fish I hate fish lol and I'm sure it will help thank you

I weight lift and do some cardio(running, jumping jacks, high knees, frog jumps).. I know for the p90x it comes with a diet guide with differents types
of food to eat. Search it online and download it, I would give you the link but I'm in my iPod right now so it will be kinda diffulcult at the moment...

depends on your fat storage genetics. But if you store a lot of fat on your pubic region, then yes.

I have started a strict diabetic diet--which I will remain on for the rest of my life--with a few cheats here and there, rare for sure. My future life depends on it. I take Kingpole's loss of kidney function to heart. I have lost 20 pounds so far--it has taken me 9 months, but that's o.k. I don't like to lose more than a pound or two a week, at the most. I want to keep my muscle mass. At my age, its' yea important.

So far, my one inch fat pad remains intact. When I hit 180 pounds--that's 20 pounds lighter than I am now, my body fat will be quite low--in fact, very low. Than I'll check to see if more cock is visible. I'll let you guys know.

By the way, I'm increasing my long distance swimming to three miles a week.

I realize this is an old post, as someone who spends most of my time working with people on diets, and exercise I must warn you that the diet you follow is extremely un-healthy and if you return to any form of eating other than the diet you are on now, you will gain your weight back very quickly. I work with a few body builders and even they eat a lot of veggies. So much protein is terrible on your intestines.
The Atkins diet has been absolutely destroyed in safety terms, it is just terrible for your body.
Just thought I would throw this out there for people reading this and thinking about doing it as well.
Also most adult males go into starvation mode under 1700 calories. This is not a mode you want your body in.
Always be weary of where your information comes from, just because they say they are a Doctor, or put a Phd in front of their name means nothing.

Then where else would you get your information from? People who don't have an MD or PhD? Just ridiculous.

I have Hypothyroidism and I have been watching what I eat and exercising. It's hard to lose weight though when you have a thyroid problem. I mean mine was fine until I had my gallbladder out and it just went on me now I take medicine. I do notice a difference though in my clothes and I take vitamins as well.

You know a daily kelp will help that out a lot. Thyroxin manages but all my thyroid symptoms disappeared when I took kelp every morning.

so, when i measure when i'm fully erect it comes out to 6.25" in length, and when i push in on the fat pad above it, it comes out to about 7.1", i'm assuming this is the "BPEL" acronym everyone uses. in theory, if i lose the fat on that fat pad, will my length increase to, or near 7.1" NBPEL? keep in mind i haven't done any PE in my life before.

I have to be honest, I think this weight loss thing is a myth. I think the gains are probably tiny.

I'm only saying this as in the last 2 years I seriously went from 175 pounds down to 130 pounds. As in, I went from being overweight down to under 10% body fat.

And I've noticed next to no difference in my penis. I've lost over double what they claim, and seen no real differebce

Maybe your fat pad wasn't much affected..I think I lost about 0.1" in fat pad before just from exercise and diet change in one week.
