So I go to the gym frequently and I'm currently looking to shed some fat as well as begin a stretching routine with PEGym, however surely in order to maximise gains (or achieve gains at all) you would have to have a calorie excess above your resting calorie intake in order to result in any penis growth? If that concept is used with any muscle gains, surely the same applies to your penis? Would losing fat and attempting penis growth at the same time be incompatible?

Cheers!

I have had success losing weight and still gaining. Bout a 1/4" in length and girth the last 8 months while losing 18 pounds. I don't count calories, but try to eat properly and control my portions. Lots of cross training excercise and proper supplements.

I find it hard to understand how your body could build on mass in any region without excess calories to do so. Any explanation as to why you could have a calorie deficit and still gain penis mass through exercises?
