When one inflates tires to +36lbs/in², it pressurizes the tire or tube if the tire contains it.
So when removing the air from the tire, at 0 lbs its pressure is equal to the atmospheric pressure outside.
Try removing more air from within the tire, one starts to create a vacuum inside. A gauge would go negative, indicating the internal 'pressure' is now a vacuum. The gauge, if engineered, might read -5lbs/in²
The use of the term 'pressure' in regards to a penis cylinder, actually means suction, or vacuum, resulting in a sucking which causes the penis tissues to expand.
You can put water inside a cylinder and attach a vacuum pump to the cylinder and pump out some of the remaining air and or water. The vacuum level will be recorded on the vacuum gauge which will measure the vacuum throughout the inside of the cylinder. The vacuum will exert a similar effect on all parts of your dick whether your dick is fully covered with water or only partially covered with water.
since water is 784 times more dense than water, you need to remove about 784 times the volume of air than water to produce the same level of vacuum.
i have filled my air pump half full of water and generated 5 inHg of vacuum and my dick covered with water felt the same as my dick still in the air pocket.

Bit hard to get arrested on my own balcony in the outback's of Greece, where the only things that would see are the birds above me, see being out in the sun you keep a nice warmth going through the pumping session, and no mess of water everywhere when you take it off, these are things you cant do in Bolton? or can you.

If I was to go to the nearest location where I'll get the sun I would literally be pumping infront of about 200 students haha. There's a courtyard with 4 buildings surrounding it full of students.
That's if the sun is even out anyway, this is England! I would more than likely freeze to death. I have a wet room so the water mess isn't an issue cause it just goes down the drain.
But will only go so far that's why I changed over to air, to upgrade just costs far to much money.

But you need to naked in the sun before you start even thinking about pumping, but then you would be putting on a show for the others before you get arrested, that's if they call the police.

Actually, I air pump with a bathmate extreme. I was fed up of water pumping. It's messy and it kills my EQ.
So i just greased the fitting assembly and gave it a go. Works like a charm and hold the pressure decently, but I need to be well trimmed. Air pumping is milder, and it make sense, given the incompressible nature of water (and all liquids). So the EQ doesn't suffer, I find it way more pleasurable and I still have a use for that expensive device. Win-win for me.
Eventually I will try a proper air pump.
