Warming down/ V Jelq

Hello there I'm new here, but I'm just wondering what techniques are good for warming down and how do you do the V-Jelq. I'm not gonna get to it just quite yet, but I was wondering since I couldn't find it on the site how you do it. Also I apologize for the newbie questions. I have started my first session today and I must say I can already feel some stuff going on :D.

Hello jonathan.
Must people warm up with a rice sock. A rice sock is basically a sock filled with a rice that you put in the microwave. The rice retains the heat and then you can use it to warmup. There is one bad thing about a rice sock though is that the rice doesn't hold the heat for too long (about 7 minutes) and I like to do a long warmup (15 minutes). So right now I'm using a gel pack that you also put in the microwave but it retains the heat for much longer. But as I said most people use a rice sock. You can also warm up with water, either by taking a hot shower or using a warm wash cloth that you sink in hot water.

For the v-jelq you do the spock sign (you make a V with your ring and middle fingers) and then you insert this V in the underside of your penis and you jelq straight up. You can start doing V-jelqs right away as they are not considered an advanced exercise and they are great for girth. I must remind you not to use too much pressure and don't do too many reps right away.

There is a lot of information about both warmup and the v-jelq on the forum, I recommend you search the forums and you'll find lots of useful information. :)

I v-jelq on the top of my penis...I feel like I get better expansion that way. Try both ways, see what works best for you!

I love V-Jelqs! :D

However I'm interested to hear if people stretch when they do it? As I V-Jelq, I'll hold my balls with my left hand and stretch it out, then pull straight up with my right hand and give a good stretch.

I'm hoping this will help not only for girth but with length possibly as well :)
