Keeping your dick‘s tunica expanded for extended periods of time (could be dangerous) seems to aid in increasing size. I found that using vacuum caps and pumping causes loss of sensitivity on the head. I recently started pumping for 2 minutes and then applying a constriction band around my unit to maintain engorgement for several hours which seems to be slowly increasing size. I will follow up with any gains InformatIon. I use a 1/2 rubber band doubled over.

What I get from this that being semi-erect for 3-6 hours causes gains? Could this be recreated manually without the injections?

We don't want to duplicate megalophallus exactly. For one, it's an uncommon condition and an adverse reaction to priapism. Most cases of priapism [left untreated] actually results in very serious issues.

That being said, you likely wouldn't want to permanently lock your tunica into non-expansion- as that will leave you with a deformed penis (see the patient data for more details).

What you can attempt to do with your training is to create CONTROLLED scenarios where you force tissue expansion above and beyond what its accustomed to by progressive training and increased EQ.
