Week 83 [29.08.2022 - 04.09.2022] – 3 DAYS A WEEK:

Stretches (15 min):
JAI stretch - 3 sets x 15 reps 2s/2s (3 min).
Directional stretch: SO, SL, SR, SD, SDL, SDR, SU, SUL, SUR - 2 sets x 0,5 min (9 min).
BTC stretch: BTC, BTCL, BTCR - 2 sets x 0,5 min (3 min)

Wet jelqing: 50 reps each hand (5 min):
50 reps each hand SO at 65% EQ - 3 s on 1 rep (5 min).

Erect squeezes: 8 x 15 s at 75% EQ (2 min) - mid-jelqing.
ULIs: 4 x 30 s at 85% EQ (2 min) - mid-jelqing.
Edging: none.

It's my routine after the beginning. Quiet light but made my penis sore, especially after 2 days in a row so decided to take longer breaks. I got back to jelqing and still have the same problems with keeping the same EQ all the time, but in that small volume it is not a big deal. On the other hand, I'm getting hard while stretching, again. So I need to rethink if I should stretch or jelq first.

From the positive signs, my erections got back rock hard 10/10 and that's probably the effect of jelqing.

You just grip your penis below glans. Stretch it forward for about 2-3 seconds. Then get back to the starting position in about 2-3 second. Repeat for desired amount of reps.
The idea of this stretch is that in the stretches lasting 2-3 seconds your pelvic floor muscles are not activated, so they won't hinder your stretching capability. I guess it's good for warming up.

No changes this week. I'm getting used to this volume and overall PE exercises. At the end of the week I noticed much less contraction signs than in the beginning and some more girth in flaccid and erect.
I will try to introduce some kegels, edging and pelvic floor muscles relaxation exercises. I also plan to change a bit stretching part to introduce S2S and increase a bit volume of girth exercises.

So. I changed from downward stretching to S2S. At first I was doing more reps, but I got more contraction from it so this level is good for now.
A bit more jelqing and squeezes. Sometimes it gives good expansion, sometimes not. Any kegels at this moment I need to work over relaxation of my pelvis, that's why I introduced some exercises. All for now.

I added some volume this week - more S2S, BTC, jelqs and intruduced bending squeeze (even if it's hard to do it well with lube on). Overall good observation, I noticed only small contraction while stretching with harder intensities. I'm gonna repeat this routine in the following week or maybe increase it a bit.

It's been some time since my last entry. Honestly, I'm quiet busy these days and it's not easy to find time for doing PE, posting schedule and doing a lot of other things I have to.
I increased volume a bit again, more S2S, BTC, jelqs and squeezes. With good PIs, but no signs of growth. The only benefit are rock hard erections. After 2 months of exercising I need a break. I really think it's the end of manuals and I need to try with devices. For gains, saving time and having fun from discovering new things.

I divided my routine into legth and girth part - every part is done on different day, just to save some time. As I mentioned before, I don't expect any gains, I'm just working out to keep the conditioning of tissues.

Tha same routine for quiet a long time. 2 ON/ 1 OFF is not a rule, it changes depends on the time I have, but more or less that's it. I will probably increase volume of exercises until the end of the year.

No changes. The scheme 2 ON/1 OFF is not a constant, I'm mixing it up depending on the time I have. There's no fight for gains now. Just updating, to get consistent and motivated.

That's how we start the new year. The last year I tried to keep up with manuals and get the most of them. Sad, but with no success and progress. Life issues didn't let me get more into PE, try out new things and techniques. I hope the new year will change that. All the best for everyone.

Hi. It's been a while since I was here. Nothing much changed through this time. I was doing the same routine with no specific schedule, just when I had time - just to keep it up. Recently I've bought a hanger and will try to get into hanging, hoping for some new gains.
