Ditto that. You can still do the directional stretches (I do) but for a longer duration. I usually hold them for 2 min x 2 a pop. I don't show it in my log but I still do them on the side. So ((2*4)*2)) = 16 minutes of stretching. And you can get more tunica stretching in it too but not applying a slight grip at the base instead of just hitting the ligaments. Honestly, though, bro, formulate a routine focused on girth because then length is ok but the girth you should focus on more which is your problem area in gains.
