Hey guys, wanted to start this log since I have already had great results from using the quick extender pro and kept a detailed log of my usage. I bought the quick extender pro long before I discovered this great website and using an extender was my first legit step in my journey towards PE. During the course of 4.5 months I went from 5.5" BPEL to 6.25" and 4.5" MEG to 5.25". At the time I was somewhat disappointed with my results and it wasn't until I started surfing the forums here that I realized just how fortunate I was to have these results.

General Guidelines:
  • Warm ups consisted of hot shower and 5 minutes of side to side and up and down stretches and holds
  • Extender was worn ~2h at a time before taking off for 15 minute rest which included helicopter shakes and massaging/stretching.
  • Extender was worn during day only - no night usage
  • Extender was mostly worn under pants (jeans/slacks)
  • No other PE activity took place - just warmed up, stretched, break every 2h
  • No cool downs were done, just took it off and went on with my business

Initial measure 5.5 x 4.5
Saturday: added one small extension piece (.5cm) to original device length wore for 3h

On week 19 I learned a hard lesson that wearing an extender is not as discrete as I thought... dum-dum-duh!

Total cm added in extension rods: 5.5cm

Disclaimer:

After doing thorough research comparing cost, quality, and reviews I decided the Quick Extender Pro was the best option for me. I ordered the Deluxe kit and bought the springs that come with the deluxe limited kit separately. In other words, I used the highest tension springs available for the extender. I followed the rules and guidelines strictly and then in the last month did as I saw fit. I kept a log to keep up with when I needed to add extension bars and also recorded my measurements on it as well. Since I was doing this for my own independent purposes there was no reason to lie or exaggerate my gains. It is possible that some gains resulted from increased EQ though I have about the same EQ as I always had.

Nice, inspired by you, I ordered vacuum based one, will follow routine like you.

were the girth gains by extender? or you did other exercises too?

The time was broken up between 1h and 2h sessions. After that I would remove the extender and let 5-10min go by before reapplying the extender.

Not to take speak for him but I noticed it's been a couple days since you asked and I know the answer from one of his other posts.
I swear I'm not a stalker! Lol just trolling the forum and learning new things and techniques.

Ultimate Burrito can correct me if I'm wrong but from what I've read, he was using the quick extender pro with 3500g springs during this time frame.

Based on the burritos experience I got myself a quick extender pro in April and I’ve seen some decent gains in length from 6 1/4 to 6 5/8. The last three months I have been averaging 7 to 8 hours a day five days a week. I go for an hour or two early in the morning when I can use the comfort pad, but at work I have to stop after .75 -1.25 hours at a time. I usually go on for an hour then off for an hour. My question is are the long breaks working against me and would I be seeing faster games if I only gave five or 10 minutes between extending sessions ?

BTW UB, You were right with the vein thrombosis I had to take 10 days off of all PE exercises but things are working fine now

So I as well bought one due to this thread. Just opened the box and tried it one. My question is do I make the extender as long as I am erect? How do I use the springs or gauge? Sorry for the questions just a complete newbie and anytime I search online I find review sites that are not helpful.

Long breaks shouldn't hurt other than taking away from time you could be extending. You gotta do what works for you though.

The instructions should be helpful in answering these questions. You will need to add extension bars to increase length. There should be instructions on how to properly size up the extenders that came in the box.

Thank you for your reply, I read and it says while you are soft plus I watched the video but when I wear it the device is fully stretched. If that’s the case then gauge wouldn’t matter since it’s as far as the spring push it already. Guess that is what confused me. When wearing should the spring be pulling the penis or should the unit be fully stretched out?
