Yeah, it usully happens when people see you as a problem solver which is and indirect compliment but jeeesh sometimes you just which they stand on their own two feet!

definitely know the feeling! Also seems that when you have the most garbage of your own to deal with, that's when everyone else is knocking on your door. All we can do is help to the best of our ability as long as we don't compromise our own situation. Then enjoy the short lived peaceful times in between.

that would do my head in. i had enough of that with sisters and fem friends... but i now get dragged into ppl family disputes when they all know for a fact im currently going through hell with my own family issues. maybe its because they see me be strong and they dont know how to handle the situations, but i dont need this sh*t right now.

haha ive seena thing or two, im a single dad of three, althought mine are 7,3 and 18 month. but hey, single parenting isnt what everyone seems to think, too many people complain about it, if someone cant hadle being a parent on their own then why have kids in the first place? thats not a dig at you btw, just commenting on the majority of people in my area who moan about being a single parent. usually women lol, blokes seem to just run away around here...
