Hello all,
Thanks in advance for you comments. I have been diagnosed with Peyronies disease (onset of curved penis) for almost half a year now and have quickly put in more than 300 hours of using the penimaster pro to straighten my penis and get my length back. Unfortunately, I am having problems with urination and I am only 30 years old. I figured this is a problem I would have later down the road. My pee stream is not as strong and it feels like it is hard to finish my pee. It takes longer to finish peeing. At the end it starts to dribble and tough to get out the last little bit. I can feel a trickle -up to a stream go down my pants when I put my penis back in my pants after urinating like there was still some left in the shaft. Sometimes it feels like there is some stuck in the shaft like it did not all come outs and is uncomfortable. When I stop using the device for about 5 days, the symptoms get better but have not subsided all together yet. Much better though. I have not been able to find anything on this. It feels like a muscle or sphincter has been overworked or maybe pulled and feels weak. I have to try extra hard to pee when I go and really think about it (or not think about it at all - head game). It feels like it is harder to PUSH the pee out. Not sure which sphincter works the pushing motion but wondering if this can get overworked and could lead to my symptoms. I am positive that this is somehow related to the device as I never had these problems before. I do put in 6-8 hours each day with the device and have seen wonderful results otherwise. I recommend the product. Like I said, I have stopped for 5 days and will be going to see a urologist about this. Has anyone had any issues like this? Any idea if this is a normal part of the PE process? Again, thank you for your responses and good luck to all. Happy to answer questions about the penimaster pro.

Congratulations on your results that is awesome. Sorry for the urination trouble. Work a kegel reverse kegel routine when not stretching in the device or manually. Don't kegel during stretching as this can lead to injury. You are pulling on the inner penis also when using the device and your inner structures are not used to this. So strengthen them and they should do a better job evacuating urine. Don't strain hard trying to to get rid of the urine.

Possibilities-
1.Internal swelling restricting urine flow.
2.Infection somewhere ?
3.Prostate swelling.

Best to consult Dr on these; you might not extend/pe for a whole month & re-assess.

Thanks guys. Things are getting much better now. I think it might have been the internal swelling as you suggested. Gonna wait a few more days, consult with Urologist and then begin again.

Hey fellas,
The doctor told me that my pelvic floor was tight and that this could lead to these issues. This was several weeks ago and I am positive that this is not the correct answer. I believe I have found some evidence that may help determine what this is. It seems that I have the most trouble urinating after having the device on improperly. What I mean by this is that sometimes I accidentally sucked the shaft of my penis along with the glans. When I would take it off I would see an itchy red ring letting me know that I pulled it into far. The worst time I have ever had urinating is the nighttime after these incidents. I believe I may be irritating or inflaming hey certain part of the penis which I am unaware of. Does anyone know if the skin tug-of-war could be the culprit here? Again thank you for all of your comments

Another option I just thought of is that sometimes I feel like I accidentally leave my hand warmer on for too long and possibly scald the shaft of my penis. Not sure if this could lead to some internal swelling as well. The symptoms do go away when I stop using the device, but I would really like to get on with it. I just want to make sure I am not doing something permanent. I think I will be scheduling another appointment with my Urologist.

Sounds like you are going to have to experiment & see if you can narrow things down.
That takes time & being patient.
Process of elimination.

Been using penimaster pro for over 300 hours but just now having an issue - help!

Been using penimaster pro for over 300 hours but just now having an issue - help!

Hey Guys,
So I have been doing well with the device and having good results. The only thing that I am having a problem with at the moment is wondering how I am getting this red irritated ring around the shaft of my penis for the first time. About a half inch down from the glans. It makes me think I am sucking the shaft of the penis too far in. But not sure if maybe the mark is just from the sluice since I recently changed it. I have not had this issue before. After receiving my new sluices and diaphrams, I have been having this issue. I try not to suck in my penis as much, just the glans, but when I do this, it wants back out once the tension is high (700 grams) and I can start seeing the back part of my glans. Its like it has been hard to get that balance back. Don't understand why these problems are just now starting. The red ring hurts and would like to know if it is because I am playing tug of war or maybe from the diaphragm. Can I still get results if the tug of war is happening? Thanks to all in advance.

just to follow up on this, How far should you be putting the glans in? Is it ok to have a little bit of shaft in there? I feel like I have to put in some shaft or I will back out. It seems IMPOSSIBLE to have ONLY my glans in with no extra skin. It just seems so much harder now to do things with the new sluices and diaphragms. Maybe they changed sizing? I thought I was a pro

I started having that issue too. I found that I had to be pretty religious about stopping and taking it off after 75 to 90min. Something about the gel.

You may want to look into the LG Hanger. I know hanging sounds hardcore, but you might be surprised at the speed of effectiveness. Plus, once you get a feel for things it quickly becomes an easy habit. Probably the best thing is not having to try to amass 4 to 6 hours per day in the steel rack to feel like you are getting proper results. It is both mentally easier and more effective.

I am a big PMP Pro fan for extenders. I am just amazed at the LG Hanger and regard most everything else in my kit as support devices with the exception of the pump. I say this because I feel like the pump has a synergistic effect on my hang time.

Good luck!

Also, when I started applying a FAR infrared heat pad when I was using the PMP, it would accelerate how fast I might get irritated. My hypothesis is that it would heat up the gel faster than my dick, and then the gel would start irritating my dick (I will stop short of saying that I got burned, but it definitely reduced the amount of time I could stay in the stretcher).

Boom! I think that may be my problem. It sounds exactly the same and only started after using heat packs it seems. This is also when the pee trouble started. I am liking the results but not the side effects. Thanks for your insight

SOO I have a scope procedure set up with the urologist in about a month to figure out the urinary issues that come and go when using the Penimaster pro (pushing a firehose through a straw). At the same time, I kind of feel like he is not listening and that maybe a scope is not needed for him to figure out the issue. He is the urologist and I respect that, but he seems irritated about me asking about the urine issue (questioning his extender which he hasn't had problems with). This test almost seems punitive the way he talks about it. "Well, if you don't believe it is in your head then we will show you with a scope" - That's why he is basically saying. I work in healthcare and feel not taken care of but not many options with my health insurance. He has never answered the question weather this could be something different like swelling (since it goes away) or maybe inflammation of the sheath which wont be able to be seen with a scope. I feel we are looking in the urinary tract itself which feels fine. Instead It feels pressure is pushing from the outside in, and not inflammation in the urinary tract (from inside out). I want to trust my doctor but would like to rule out other things if possible without such a procedure, where I am told I will be sore for 3 days afterwards. I just wish I could get a scan of some sort first to see if that would give us any ideas. Does this make sense to anyone? Has anyone ever had trouble getting that last bit of pee out after PE? Thanks as always!
