Hi, I'm new to to this forum. I posted yesterday explaining my issue of pe and ed. I'm 23 years of age and struggled with my pe problem for 3 years. Like I explained, I developed pe after using front kegels for a couple of years to correct my ed. I have given up pmo and mo recently, and currently on day 4, so its early days.

Today I decided to edge without orgasm, so I could pay close attention to all my pelvic floor muscles. When I'm warming up, as my erection becomes fuller, I feel my pc muscle tightening up and I'm having Ik's. Within seconds I'm at ponr and have to stop and let my erection go down slightly before I can start again. I seem to be able to last alot longer when my erection is of 60/70% hard. When it gets to the full erection I get to ponr almost instantly with the spasms and I'ks.

I really dont know what to do, I've read so much on here but I am confused as to which muscles need training and stretching. I feel my pc muscle is weak or damaged. I havent done proper kegel exercises in months and whenever I do try and hold a kegel I get spasms and the muscle gives in sometimes with a shootin pain, as if it cant take it anymore. I've tried reverse kegels but they just give me hard flaccid, and to be honest, anything I do gives me hard flaccid, even edging for 15 minutes. I never stuck to a routine when I done kegels, it was mainly front contractions, but I havent done them properly for a long time so surely the muscle should have healed by now, my ed is back but pe still there! I've been trying reverse kegels here and there for a while and all they have done is make my pe a whole lot worse. Now I can ejaculate without stimulation if I watch porn.
This is coming from a man who could have sex for hours and found it hard to ejaculate with oral. Now I'd be lucky to last 2 seconds with oral. All this between the age of 20 and 23. Please someone help me, Its making me depressed.

You have to adress the hardflacid issue before you can start with anything else.

Yoga stretches dont seem to be an option to me, I'm 6ft3 and my legs are not very flexible. I can't do any of these at all. Tried rks but even after like 4 I get hard flaccid. I'm guessing I need a physio therapist or something.
