I changed my routine a bit; made it more intense.

10 min warmup with shower and glass of hot water / 50 hard kegels
1 set of stretches and helicopter shakes with circles/ 25 quick kegels per stretch
1 set of V-stretches/ 25 quick kegels per stretch
A bit of tunica stretches, just a little
5 min wet-jelq
5 min /\-jelq
10 min V-jelq
warm down by taking a shower

It all adds up to about 50 minutes...

So I got put off again but came back :D
It was partly due to the doubt that the gains came from impaling myself on the ruler more and more during BPEL masurements.
This time I am starting with a max impalement measurement so gains, if any, will be confirmed beyond doubt.
I am also measuring girth at a point mid-shaft where I have a tiny mole, so it'll serve to mark the spot to always measure at the same spot.
My routine is pumping and extending. I have a cheap Aliexpress pump without a gauge, and a vacuum traction device. They are both the cheapest things I could find. Not wise, I know. The stretcher has the three notches that indicate traction force, but they failed to factor in the size of the fully compressed spring, so it cannot go past the mid-point, it's hilarious :D
Anyway, I am a little over a month in. The first month I pumped 3-4 times a week, for about 20 minutes. I did both flaccid and erect. I also did some stretching, about 10-15 hours altogether. The gains in the first month are exactly zero, zilch, nada.
I read about the extender studies and turns out that it should be worn a lot. So for the past couple of days (and going forward), I will be trying for over 4 hours, 5-6 days a week.
I am not expecting any gains under the 3 month mark.
Anyway, third time the charm! Good luck to me

Hope you stick with it, as for the extender I understand everyone is different but I started off similar to you thinking this probably doesn't work or I have measurement errors etc. I can say just finished up month 5 I am at 444 hours of total time extending and my BPEL is up .75" and my base girth is up .5" I say this to say mindset is the biggest contribution to my progress I started out thinking I doubt i'll see gains, to now if I don't see 20 hours a week logged in my journal I am a little disappointed with myself because I know for every 80+ hours a month I am in traction at 1200-1500 grams has resulted in .125"+ gains some months have been .25" gains some have been as low as .125" but the gains have come, hope you see some progress in your journey. But I would shoot for a minimum of 15 hours per week to see length gains if you're going to use an extender

Wow, that's some serious gains! Fingers crossed I get a similar experience. I am trying to put in at least 4 hours per day of traction. I traveled some in the past couple of months, also had some glans soreness so I had to pause a bit. So far, nothing conclusive, but gains might be coming slowly...

Out of curiosity what is your time under tension so far?

Hey! I don't really measure time diligently, but I aim to get as much time under traction a day as I can. I would say I have a consistent 3 to 4 hours a day, with an occasional day off. Maybe one day off each week.
On tension force, I also don't know as I am using AliExpress tech. There are 3 notches on the spring, but fully compressed it still shows a notch and a half (they failed to account for the thickness of the fully compressed spring🤦‍♂️). After 3/4 hour I go to max tension. I can hold it for 30-40 mins before it becomes too uncomfortable. Then I rest for a couple of hours and repeat. I also alternate between a vacuum and a compression stretcher.
I think I am starting to see gains, but not as fast as you. Here are my measurements:
Jul 1st: BPEL: 17.1cm , EG: 13cm
Aug 2st: BPEL: 17.5cm, EG: 13.2cm
Sep 1st: BPEL: 17.7cm, EG: 13.5cm
I am still a bit skeptical, but if I ever hit 18cm BPEL I will know I couldn't reach it in my dreams before, no matter how hard I impaled myself on the ruler.

I'm in inches if my math is correct that's about .25" gain in 3 months. That's about the pace I was on then in month 3 I had a 1/4" jump in month 4 I had a 3/16" jump and in Month 5 had an 1/8" jump then a nerve injury I needed to work through. The gains will come with time, I highly encourage you to track your time (I use a secret/locked note on my phone) this was when you are wondering whats working or not you can go back and check your time commitment. Also it helps to know the weights if you have a kitchen scale, place the device on the scale and compress the springs to get an idea of the weight I was using an old noose extender that was in grams. I've recently switched extenders to a vacuum based one and have broken through the plateau and injury something to think about if you see your gains stall (2 months in a row).

You mentioned you are skeptical curious why you are skeptical but have seen measurable gains?

Yeah, the math is correct - great to hear about the oncoming gains! I am worried about the nerve injury you mentioned. Could you tell mi a little about it? How you got it, how it felt, and how you treated it? I am especially concerned because I measured the extender's force using a kitchen scale (great idea btw!). It turns out I have been stretching with 2000-2200 grams. So if you got injured with 1200-1500 grams, I am on a good path to an injury. I will certainly take it easier going forward.

About my skepticism, the p. measurements are somewhat tricky as there is a curvature in mine and varies depending on the EQ. When I am a little under 100%, I get a couple mm longer measurement. I don't know why, but it could possibly be due to softer tendons in the base, so the ruler can push further in. (I also take care to bend the ruler to the curvature so it shouldn't affect the measurement too much). Anyhow, there is the EQ variable present between measurements that can be perceived as (false) small gains. If the trend continues, then the gains are proven. However, after just 3 months (of serious dedication), there is still a possibility of measurement bias (although I am becoming a believer :))

Yep no problem happy to help where I can. Mmm the nerve injury was a dorsal nerve injury and it was an over training injury I was away on vacation partying, drinking, and chewing tobacco on a golf trip. Previous to going I had 2 consecutive months of big gains an when I returned I tried to return at the same intensity and actually increased the intensity to ~30 hours of traction for the week chasing big gains instead of just sticking to my plan. I was also introducing pumping in at this time. Felt the injury coming on after an early pump session ignored it and had sex with my wife later that day and my dick bent while having sex and that was the straw to break the camels back felt like I had a phantom drip from my penis head no semen or urine was coming out but felt like it was sitting made it especially worse. I took 3 days off probably should have taken more at the time because I had to reduce the traction hours and tension for maybe 2 weeks or so. Dropped from 85-100 hours a month down to 70 and then 50 something. Back up to 80+ hours a month but I would say pay attention to your warning signs.

As for measuring to each their own I think people make this way too complicated and get in their heads and over think it, no one is going to ask you to whip your dick out and let them measure it...consistency IMO is more important than anything if you measured standing with a ruler measure the same way every time and move on. I measure once a month and throw the ruler back in the drawer to measure again 30 days later. No mater what I do I can not achieve the same erection level as with sex. I like to measure on Non PE days but at best I can achieve 8/10 sex with my wife I get 9-11 out of 10 erections and I know that I may be 1/8-1/16" inch longer with my wife my glans is significantly longer when aroused for sex then when trying to measure it is what it is I just mark down what I see on the ruler when I measure and keep it moving. As for the curve again do the best you can and measure the same way each time that's all man best of luck can't wait to hear more about your journey and get that measurement bias stuff out of your head good is good enough I say. Good luck
