When I was a kid my siblings and I were really athletic. We were in a little old fashioned school two grades per room. We were very poor. One of the other mothers asked my mom what she fed us that made us so fast, because of track. My mother said oatmeal every morning. So the other mothers started feeding their kids oatmeal;). Our school mated were unimpressed.
