Happy new year every body!! This will be the start of my journey and I'm so excited! I posted some additional info about me and my member in the new member section for anyone who are interested.
I've already made some lifestyle changes like dropping my anti depressive meds and bad habits that causing EQ problems. I've cleaned up my diet , doing light exercise and stress management. I hope this will give my penis the best pre conditions to heal and grow.
I will start off by using EQ enhancing techniques such as and kegel exercises to restore my bad EQ and pelvic floor muscles. Hopefully this alone will reap some minor size gains as well
I will then do regular hand exercises like jelq or slow squash jelqs and using a bathmate which I bought. 1 day on 1 day off. I thought about using stretching exercises but since I will be mostly focusing on girth these can wait?

I'm open to any feedback you guys might have and don't worry about being honest! If I'm being totally unrealistic let me know. It will be a slow process however since my health is quite bad still.
I took some pictures but haven't decided if I should post them. Need to gain some more courage, so maybe when the first gains are showing I will give the comparison.
