Happy new year every body!! This will be the start of my journey and I'm so excited! I posted some additional info about me and my member in the new member section for anyone who are interested.

I've already made some lifestyle changes like dropping my anti depressive meds and bad habits that causing EQ problems. I've cleaned up my diet , doing light exercise and stress management. I hope this will give my penis the best pre conditions to heal and grow.

I will start off by using EQ enhancing techniques such as and kegel exercises to restore my bad EQ and pelvic floor muscles. Hopefully this alone will reap some minor size gains as well 😃

I will then do regular hand exercises like jelq or slow squash jelqs and using a bathmate which I bought. 1 day on 1 day off. I thought about using stretching exercises but since I will be mostly focusing on girth these can wait?

I'm open to any feedback you guys might have and don't worry about being honest! If I'm being totally unrealistic let me know. It will be a slow process however since my health is quite bad still.

I took some pictures but haven't decided if I should post them. Need to gain some more courage, so maybe when the first gains are showing I will give the comparison.

Update January

My self care routine to regain my EQ is going well. My new diet and stress management is showing some result.

I started doing pelvic floor exercises along with a basic kegel routine and I can already see some changes after a few days. Hopefully I will have strong enough erection to start with the manual exercises in February.

I will probably keep monthly updates going forward.

Update February

I'm struggling to get an erection. Dropping nicotine, psyche meds and changing diet has been beneficial in many ways, but put me in a more stressed state. I have seen improvements however! Erection is slightly better. Patience is key.

I've also come to the conclusion that I might suffer from pelvic floor constriction which might have contributed to my thin girth. Some members seem to have reported similar issues.

I've set up a pelvic floor relaxation and training program along with continuing kegel exercises. I think relaxation techniques will be my main focus for the following month and hopefully I will be able to maintain a decent erection soon.

I'm very eager to start with the manual exercises!

Update March

Life has been rough couple of months but I've tried to keep routine going. Ever since I quit porn, meds and nicotine it's been an uphill battle mentally, but I finally start to see some results.

My morning wood has started to come back after being gone for years. It dies off quickly but its a very good sign what I do is right

My flaccid size has increased slightly and my erect length has increased some as well as my BEG. This might be to my lifestyle changes and the kegel routine.

New stats
FLACCID 4,58 x 3,62
BPEL 6,1
BEG 4,33
MSEG 4,10
PENIS HEALTH : 38%
PENIS LOOKS: 2 / 10

I know these are minor changes, but I'm confident I can get some additional gains before I start hitting the manual exercises. The main problem is still that I can't maintain an erection. I have increased erection time from 10 sec to 30 sec so I guess that is a progress. As soon as I pass 1 min I will give them a try.

So lets see your bpel is over average flacid length over average flacid girth average . Your erect girth is slighty under average but within a standard deviation .

Seems right, my main problem is low over all volume due to low EG and bad EQ.

About the penis studies, from my understanding it seem like women in the dating market has a vastly different perspective on what a small penis actually is. All the women I've talked to had experienced much bigger penises than I would expect, probably because well endowed guys date more, like a lot!

I've tried to show them statistics but they already have their standards and perspectives set. I wish it weren't so but this has been my reality. To make things worse they all seem to prefer thickness over length and this is why I feel the need to at least reach a solid 5" if thats possible.

But thanks for showing me some positive notes. I'm very happy with my length and I believe it will make the manual exercises easier.

Saw I made a typo. New flaccid length should be 4,33.

Ok the simplest answer to your post would be no and I am tempted because it doesn,t require effort .

I am a long term mod on a dick site so I research this stuff . Also of course I have my own experiences .

Yes women are very set in their views and it is no use trying to talk sense out in the world on penis size especially to women .
So most women think that they have had multi partners with a 8in plus dick . So what is going on here do guys under 7inches get no sex ? No actually the most successful guy I knew with women told me he had a small dick was under average height and a bit chubby . What was his secret money/status and could talk . Penis size is not a major fator in choosing partners for most women so how are they ending with all these 8 inch guys? Doesn't math work ? Actually it is simple enough guys lie about penis size ! I actually have looked into this and the standard lie is 2 inches . So a guy with a 6 inch dick claims 8 inches and heey the girl doesn't know better next guy with 6 inches claims 8 inches also and is the same size and she believes because hey it's the same size and so on . So in other words women have fallen for a lie so pervasive and oft repeated you can 't get past it no matter how much sense you speak .

Here is the thing you can't talk sense it doesn't work . If you say you have a 6 inch dick she will visualise a 4 inch dick . In a way you are lying to her given her frame of reference . Only solution I have to offer members is to play along with their delusion ( congrats as the new owner of an over 8 inch dick )

Its quite bad to be honest. I'm considering seeing a psychologist to deal with it besides doing PE. It's slowly getting better though. I feel inspired to transform myself anatomically as well as mentally. This as motivation gave me my spirit back. The positive feedback here has helped a lot to get me going.

I feel a lot of the same things you have said, just with different life issues. I am have just started therapy and it is helping too. My experience here so far has been great, and I am glad we men have a place we can go to support each other.

I have some advice =
if want to overcome negative emotion try not to focus on it.

how?

pick up running + try and get more kilometers begining small 1km and level up to 10km

And try do this daily
when you come back and focus on your problem and your focus cpmes back to your penis


you will have a new perspective on it And it will reduce the negatuve emotion


Im still on my journey of running and to do it consistently daily until reaching The Great Cam Hanes Level And 20% Of David Goggins
