Hey all,
I initially started using an X4 extender on Dec 5[SUP]th[/SUP],but after reading through some of the threads on this site I decided to givethis a try as well. I have been doing it for a few days and I think I’m hooked.I’ve been following the 90 day beginner routine and doing what I can with theX4. I’m not sure if I measured wrong at the start but I seem to have made somegains already. I did measure recently right after a workout so it may be a bit exaggerated.I definitely put myself in the category of someone who wants to do more and couldput myself in jeopardy of over training, but so far I have kept fairly close tothe routine.
I am slightly skeptical still even after seeing what appearsto be much success on this site, but I am committed to giving this a goodchance. What has me feeling somewhat better is that I haven’t been solicitedsince I joined the site and there aren’t a million products being pushed…sothat makes me feel as though maybe there is something true to this…I hope…Ihave 3.5 months before I have some serious changes coming up in my life so I’mhoping to see at least something definite by then to help seal the deal andkeep me in it for the long haul. I am a pretty dedicated person and if this trulyworks I will stick with it until I reach my goals….

Sorry about the errors in the post. I cut and pasted it from word and it must have taken out some spaces...just another thought below....
I've been in the military for 15 years now and will be attending a mentally challenging school in April. Since I have a few months where I may have a bit more free time then I've had...ever....I decided why not give this a try and see if any of it is possible...I don't have very high expectations for the couple of months I have completely available, but if I see results I will continue for sure.

Welcome to the Gym, Rick. You've got a good sized package starting out so you'll probably make your goal if you keep at it, but not between now an April - unless your one of the occasional crazy gainers.

Thanks Lazy 8, Higherone, blink2000! Lazy 8, my goal for the short term is to see some measurable gains. My goal size is long term, and by looking through how long it can take I'm guessing a year or more at least. Thank you for your confidence!

Thanks BigO...I've never read so much!! What a great place! I will say that reading on your scheduled day off makes it hard to take the day off.
