Hello,
I am somewhat new to PE.
I have started manually stretching, and hanging with 5 pounds for 20 minutes 3 times a day.
I have also started stretching my foreskin to restore it, as well as prevent\reverse turkey neck.
Ideally I would also like to tighten my scrotum, as it is more saggy than I would prefer.
I may be wrong, but I think that part of the reason it is saggy is because I am circumcised, and when I am erect it causes a turkey neck which I think has stretched it out over the years.
Surgery is definately not an option for me, but is there anything that I can do to tighten a saggy scrotum?
