Hi, I've been doing reverse kegels as well as PC muscle stretches/tennis ball massage for about 5 months now (not everyday, but pretty frequently). I focus on relaxing the muscle because it's generally fairly tight. It's also strong and I stay away from regular kegel exercises.

Lately my PC muscle has been really tense. I've been a little stressed out although, not as much as I was previously. I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions. I don't have sex very often, but have a fleshlite stu and train with that once a week or so. My PE has NOT gotten any better really! I'm wondering if anybody has any suggestions. I already take an SSRI regularly.

Thanks!

Is it tight during your normal daily routine? Do you find you still kegel while you do things like get off a couch, or anything that makes you nervous?

How long do you last with the STU? That hasn't improved at all.

With 5 months of relaxation work it has to be somewhat looser. Maybe you're not stimulating yourself enough and learning to keep it relaxed during stimulation?

I've been on a K/RK routine along with the STU for like 3 weeks now and I've made some progress. I even got in 3 minutes of thrusting with the wife this afternoon. Personally, I think the big thing the routine and the STU are is it helps you recognize how your body handles to intense stimulation. I can't just RK myself out of arousal, but I can slow down and pace myself. Keep in mind I still only last like 3 minutes.

Do you find when you do the STU you just hold a tight kegel the entire time? If so, do the following:

When you feel as if the tight kegel is going to make you ejaculate...stop. Let the arousal subside, and continue again. Once you involuntarily kegel again....stop. Do this for like 10 minutes. If you have to stop a million times, don't worry about it. Do this more than once a week with the STU and you'll see that the length of time between the times you have to stop will increase. This will take a while, but it's pretty fun.

Also, do you STU w/ porn? That's a whole new friggin world. If you find you cum too quickly that way, try it w/o porn.

Thanks for the advise. I don't think the pc muscle isn't flexed all day—but I do frequently find myself realizing that I have been flexing it, and don't know how long I had been doing it. It's a stressed/nervous thing I think. Once I recognize that I'm doing it, I can let it relax.

I'm sure my pc muscle is looser than it used to be on average. It's the uncontrollable/unconscious kegeling that I'm trying to put an end to.

I had read an article on livestrong.com about relaxing the muscle and tried the advice it gave a couple of days ago. It's been since then that the muscle has been particularly tense. I must have just stressed it.

I'm pretty good about not cuming with the STU. But I do find that my pc muscle tightens pretty fast, becomes rock-solid, and I can't really relax it, even with reverse kegels. I do reach the PONR fairly quickly, but stop and let myself cool down or switch to my hand/lube for a little while and then go back to it. My sessions are usually 20 minutes. Never with porn. Sometimes I cum at the end, sometimes I hold back.

I broke up with my girlfriend around the time I started these routines and haven't had another partner since, so I haven't been able to truly tell how long I'll last. But judging by how I react to the STU, I can't imagine I'll last all that long.

I've been reading some of these other threads too, and have gleaned some pretty helpful information.

I try not to kegel very much. I do a pc muscle stretch several times a day and tennis ball every evening. I alternate every evening between either holding a reverse kegel for 30 seconds or doing 30 quicker ones. (With the quicker ones, I'll generally alternate with regular keels—kegel, reverse, kegel, revers, etc...). I'll sometimes reverse kegel throughout the day, but it's not consistent.

Make sure you are doing both front and back reverse. The easiest way i find to find each one is:

Front reverse: Is like pushing from the front of your body like when your forcing off pee
Back reverse: Is coming from the back when you are trying to force out poo

If your routine consists of 1 30 sec rk or 30 1 sec rk you are simply not doing enough work.

Hmm, I likely have to agree with peg. You need to up your routine quite a bit.

And try a dedicated routine, not the do some here....do some there. It'll actually save you time too. Next time you sit in front of the computer, spend 5-10 minutes on a routine consisting of both Ks and RKs. Then you can call it quits.

Also, I have found the elimination of random Ks throughout the day has helped me quite a bit. Take note of times when they occur. If you have been doing a decent RK routine they should be cutting back. Mine would occur if I stood up, experienced intense action in a video game, or if one of my kids jumped in my lap. If you know it's coming, try to relax it. This has actually done a lot for my overall comfort too.

You said your FL STU sessions can last 20 minutes. This means you can at least pace yourself with this. Even if you have to alternate with your hand and do lots of starting or stopping you're doing pretty well. When you got your STU could a session last 20 minutes? I highly doubt it.

I bet you've made more progress than you think.

Thanks for the advice, all. I've taken on the 61/2 minute kegel routine posted in the "Kegel Routine" thread. I do it once for k's, than right after, once for rk's. I take one or two rest days before I repeat. I still do pc stretches and tennis ball massages daily. Is this an okay routine to abide by?

If you are conditioned enough for it . This represents a big jump in volume.

I have been onsite for some time promoting there use for pre e and the like. The mainstream is or at least was, saying it's all in your head and giving drugs . While head issues can be important, I have long believed there are physical issues that need adressing.
