Skipped my routine yesterday, though as the days go by I find myself idly holding stretches here and there.
Today I was feeling really bummed out about the whole PE thing, just thinking, man if I work hard at this for 3 or 6 months and only gain a tiny bit, is it even worth it? I was very discouraged. Read a few success stories and I got a little perked up, and thought why not just try.
Anyways, I decided to measure and I was surprised. I'm still a little skeptical because measurement is sooo hard to standardize.
I haven't seen any increase in length, I'm still around 6" NBP and 7" BPEL, but my girth is now 5.5"!!!! Frankly I'm shocked as sh*t. That's 0.25" in the span of about a month and a half. I measured several times and now am considering taking some pictures for my own future reference so I don't doubt any gains that might come along.
Anyways, I've got a lot more energy for PE now and am going to start a routine now. Just thought I'd come by and share my little bit of encouragement for those who are in the same boat, losing motivation and getting discouraged. Thanks to everybody for your success stories, I'll keep reading!
