Hello, Welcome to my Log, I used to PE back in 2015-2016 but stop due to lack of motivation, impatience, and lack of privacy. I did try to pick it back up in 2020 but after 3 months stop being consistent. I recently started back up and hope I can be consistent enough to hit my goal. When I first started PE my initial measurements was BPEL 6.5โ€ NBPEL 6.0โ€ MEG 5.5, so far I manage to reach 7.25โ€ BPEL mostly from manual. This Log is meant track my progress and show what worked for me while I pursuit my goals. The marathon continues

Why am I doing Manual and hanging?

*Great workout week, 4.5lbs felt great and there was no pain during hanging. Pi was great as well barely turtle

Started using A&D ointment on my glans after hanging/ADS to help with the peeling and protect from a possible blister. Also started to put a piece of paper towel on my urethra opening before taping to relieve pressure at the urethra

Week 7 went great, the only concern I have is the the tip of my glans seem to be changing color itโ€™s getting more pink/reddish and slightly more sensitive than usual. The A&D ointment seem to be helping.

Week 8, I will be adding 30min to hanging session and splitting it into two sessions , 1hr in the morning and 1hr in the afternoon or even. Weight will stay at 5lbs.

The past 2 weeks I switched from the A&D ointment and started using African shea butter on my glans and so far it doing wonders, my glans is not peeling and itโ€™s seem Iโ€™m getting some color back too.

Thanks, i figure since Iโ€™m hanging btc itโ€™s already an intense angle, increasing .5 pounds weekly not only gradually increasing the intensity but makes it safer . Also since I'm using a vacuum type hanger, Iโ€™m not stopping constantly to restore blood flow and Iโ€™m hitting fatigue without having to jump up and down in weight. The way I see it, it allows me exhaust any gains to be made at lower weight that way in the end Iโ€™m not hanging insane weight to gain. Iโ€™m excited to see what will happen too

Iโ€™ve been increasing .25 kgs every 2 weeks doing 3 sets of 10 minutes climbing 1 minute a day until I hit 20.
Vacuum devices are way more comfortable, I use a PMP for an extender but do my hanging with a compression hanger. Iโ€™m up to 4 kgs BTC and I tell you Iโ€™m feeling the intensity at that angle.
