Hello, Welcome to my Log, I used to PE back in 2015-2016 but stop due to lack of motivation, impatience, and lack of privacy. I did try to pick it back up in 2020 but after 3 months stop being consistent. I recently started back up and hope I can be consistent enough to hit my goal. When I first started PE my initial measurements was BPEL 6.5โ NBPEL 6.0โ MEG 5.5, so far I manage to reach 7.25โ BPEL mostly from manual. This Log is meant track my progress and show what worked for me while I pursuit my goals. The marathon continues

Why am I doing Manual and hanging?
-My thought
process if I can pre work the tissue, then I can reach fatigue faster and keep my rate of weight increase.
