In this week, you'll notice that this is another week where my schedule has changed slightly on my on-off days. I have been trying to switch this around just to experiment and see how it would affect my progress. To be honest, after next week (currently the week I'm working on but due to posting this a bit late, I am referring to it as the next week), I will be switching back to my normal schedule. I didn't like the way that this schedule ran. I believe that the rest day right after a single day of PE (Monday), it leaves me to have to workout Wednesday-Saturday without a rest in-between, and for me, I think I need a rest day sandwiched in between these days. I come to this theory because I have been struggling with EQ issues since I started switching around my schedule.
WEEK 10
Monday :
- Stealth 12 hrs
- Bathmate 18 mins
- JP90 Day 46
- Edging 20 mins
- Phallosan 6 hrs
Tuesday :
- REST DAY (switched to the next day)
Wednesday :
- Bathmate 18 mins
- JP90 Day 47
Thursday :
- Bathmate 18 mins
- JP90 Day 48
Friday :
- Bathmate 10 mins (I struggled to get a solid pump for the third set because of poor EQ)
- JP90 Day 49
Saturday :
- JP90 Day 50
(No bathmate this day due to poor EQ)
Sunday :
- REST DAY
PF = 119 hrs
Stealth = 447 hrs
I didn't realize this until now but I really haven't been using devices much this week lol
