I'm a little confused, Kingpole's original post indicates 1 of each of the 5 G's daily (providing they are in the dosage described) Others have posted 2 of each daily or even 2 twice daily, how would this affect the results if at all?

I don't know the correct answer..but I take

Ginseng - 1 pill morning, 1 pill late afternoon. I try not to take it after 5pm since its supposed to be for energy. I cycle this every other day.
Garlic - 1 pill in the morning, 1 pill evening. "sometimes" I take up to 3 a day..but I usually stick with 2 or 2000mg
Ginkgo Biloba - 4 pills per day. 2 in the morning, 2 in the late afternoon
Cayenne Pepper - 2 per day, 1 in the morning, 1 in the late afternoon
Green Tea - drink 1-2 - 8 oz cups per day at work
Mega Men's Sport Multi - 2 pills per day
Zinc (50mg) - sometimes 1 pill per day, sometimes no pill. I cycle this.
Vitamin D3 - 1 pill per day
Vitamin C - 2000mg per day

I need to probably introduce ginger, but I have yet to come across Ginger in pill form..only what is at the supermarket.

how is that list above?

Ginger is great in all its forms, infact im going to have to take some because i have a sour stoamch.

You got a good list of supps that should keep you healthy.

Advice please

I was wondering if you would give me advice on dosage, regimen and routine of the 5 Gs.
I take pristiq for depression and atenolol for high BP and anxiety. I have tried multiple times to wean off of them without success. Sadly they tell me it will be a life long journey on these type of meds. I read in one of the threads that people on antidepressants require higher doses of the Gs and more time/patience.
Thanks for input and sorry for rambling on and on!

I am a student at the college of Virginia Tech, and more than anything in the world I would love a bigger penis. I currently am at 6" length, and 5" girth, precisely average I would say. I would love to just gain an inch or so into the 7"- 7.5" range. The reason I am posting this here is to explain that being a student in an engineering course at a brutal college, I have no time to spare for "PE-ing" So I am seeking help from the supplement area, as that is my only option. I am willing to be extremely patient, and will pay any cost of money.

My only question is, without taking the time to sit down and stretch my dick out everyday, and JUST taking supplements, will I be able to increase the size of my penis? Permanent or temporary I don't really mind, I have plenty of money to spend and loads of patience. I Just want to know if supplements alone can do it, and if so, how much can be possible. But more than anything in the world, besides my lovely girlfriend, I want a big penis (who doesnt), but I just don't have the time to PE. It is also because of my amazing girlfriend I truly wish to please her in every which way, and I know having a bigger penis will do just that. I would really LOVE to surprise her the first time she digs into my pants.

I feel like a sentimental bastard at this point, but hey, please help me out.

someone with more experience will be of more help to you but from my experience the supplements alone arent going to help with any gains. it is probably going to take some exercise. could it be possible to fit in a warm-up and one set of jelqs and stretching followed by a warm down? im sure a little bit will help more than nothing at all.

Supplements will help you get a harder erection, for size increase you need to PE as well. You would be amazed at how much PE you can do in the shower.

Your not that far away from your goal. If you don't injure yourself you possibly see those results in about a year. Advice: Jelq slow with a soft grip. Do not stretch to the point of pain. Refrain from alcohol and drugs and to much caffeine these can hinder gains.

Use a fleshlight to do the edging part. I believe the penis has to go through full cycle to succesfully grow. By doing so you relase the correct amount of hormones. Warm up, stretch, jelq, edge/kegel, warm down.

And time spent is not always a criteria for fast gains. You can likely grow pretty good with a half hour routine.

I also (probably a coincidence) began to have uncontrollable PC muscle contractions! Could this possibly have anything to do w/the supps? Probably not. I have no control over my stamina at the moment hahh. I take a multi-vitamin, and haven't kegeled in 3 days. THOUGH, I just began reverse kegeling about a week ago. Hmmmm.. I'm sure it'll go away in a few days..

They increase your test levels, testosterone receptor cells are located in the BC muscle. So yes it could cause involuntary BC contractions. Of course this is my opinion

Thanks for all the great info. Before discovering PEgym, I did some google research on supplements that increase sex drive and stabilize mood. As a result of the research, I'm currently taking spirulina, fish oil, multivitamin, Maca, L-Arginine, Ashwagandha, and ZMA, all on a daily basis.

If you know anything about these, do you recommended that I add any of the "Five Gs" to this routine or replace any of my current supplements with those on your list? For example, Maca is often called "peruvian ginseng," and it seems that it behaves similarly to ginseng, therefore I'm thinking it may be repetitive to take both.

tennis drop the zma high levels of zinc arnt safe and the 5 G's would be beneficial to your stack.

Maca instead of genseng woul be good. Also you can substitue suma for genseng as well. If the formula your taking giving healthy erections no need to spend more $$$$$ on the five G's if what your doing is already working. To much of a good thing ain't good.

( Each capsule delivers 300 mg of garlic and 190 mg of lecithin for all-natural cardiovascular maintenance)

is it any good?

A question for Kingpole, (and others).

I am taking the 5 Gs. I have seen great benefits.

Could you tell me what is the simple scientific reason that you recommend not taking these supplements every day and why you suggest having a few days a week off them? I know it is discussed somewhere in this thread, and elsewhere, but I've looked for some time and I can't find the relevant bit.

Because of the benefits I've seen since I started taking these pills my inclination is to take them every day!?

Hey guys, quick question. I've purchased Green tea, Garlic, Ginger, Gingko tablets....but as a replacement for American Ginseng (couldnt find at, as you said korean wasnt so good) I am using Horny goat weed + maca. Is this advisable or would you recommed me to get some sort of ginseng in addition too?
