I'm a little confused, Kingpole's original post indicates 1 of each of the 5 G's daily (providing they are in the dosage described) Others have posted 2 of each daily or even 2 twice daily, how would this affect the results if at all?
I don't know the correct answer..but I take
Ginseng - 1 pill morning, 1 pill late afternoon. I try not to take it after 5pm since its supposed to be for energy. I cycle this every other day.
Garlic - 1 pill in the morning, 1 pill evening. "sometimes" I take up to 3 a day..but I usually stick with 2 or 2000mg
Ginkgo Biloba - 4 pills per day. 2 in the morning, 2 in the late afternoon
Cayenne Pepper - 2 per day, 1 in the morning, 1 in the late afternoon
Green Tea - drink 1-2 - 8 oz cups per day at work
Mega Men's Sport Multi - 2 pills per day
Zinc (50mg) - sometimes 1 pill per day, sometimes no pill. I cycle this.
Vitamin D3 - 1 pill per day
Vitamin C - 2000mg per day
I need to probably introduce ginger, but I have yet to come across Ginger in pill form..only what is at the supermarket.
how is that list above?
