Hey Readers,


Figured I’d reintroduce myself as I officially plant my flag here on the Biohacker Penis Forum. Some of you might’ve known me way back in the PEGym days, when I went by Ujjayi—yep, that dude. Former Member of the Month, former moderator, former “answer PE questions” guy.


But life threw some haymakers that made me reevaluate everything—including my time and priorities.
When the Covid era came roaring in, it was like a divine timeout: “Son, slow down and get your house in order.”
So I stepped back. I left PEGym. I moved into real life, responsibility mode, and marriage-first living.


Fast-forward to now.
New season. New identity.
Call me Haursen—because I wanted a true fresh start.


Why I’m Here


I'm on my comeback trail, and honestly, it’s long overdue.


I’m a shift-worker trucker (which means my circadian rhythm sometimes looks like it got into a fistfight with a weed-whacker), a husband deeply committed to intimacy and connection, and a man who recently faced down chronic ED that almost broke me.


I’m talking weeks of:

  • EQ so low it felt insulting
  • Anxiety creeping into the bedroom
  • Wife wants intimacy, but my biology was tapping out
  • Frustration was hitting hard enough for her to say, “You’ve got to do something.”

That was the moment I knew the comeback couldn’t wait.


The Turning Point


In desperation—and I mean praying in the dark, asking God for help level desperation—I started brainstorming with AI about TRT, doctors, supplements, everything.


And then AI basically said the most anticlimactic thing ever:


“Try more sleep.”

I almost felt offended… until it worked.


I committed to 8 hours and 15 minutes, because those 15 minutes matter (that’s sleep latency, fancy term for how long your body takes to actually fall asleep—think of it like the warm-up lap before the engine truly starts).


Within days?


  • EQ went from 0/4 to a consistent 3–4/4
  • Libido returned
  • Touch → instant reaction
  • Marriage intimacy warmed right back up

My biology basically said, “Thanks for finally letting me rest, bro.”


Tools of the Comeback


As a shift worker, I doubled down:


  • Earplugs – because upstairs neighbors think gravity is optional
  • Deep red glasses – trucker-friendly anti–artificial light shields
  • Beam Dream (melatonin-free) – for deeper, smoother sleep
  • And for Black Friday?
    I gifted myself the Private Gym Kegel Trainer.
    Playtime is over. 😄

And yes… flirting is back.
Before she left for work, I told my wife,
“Sunday… we’re losing our virginity again.”
She laughed (not a cackle, but a good, real one).


She just turned 60, and I told her she’s “Sexy Sixty.”
No lie—bold flirting with your wife is good for the soul.
If you’re single… well, get married. Life hits different.


Where I’m Going


This log will track:

  • Sleep mastery
  • Circadian control
  • Marriage intimacy
  • My eventual return to hands-on PE
  • The comeback arc of a man rebuilding from the ground up

I’m keeping device talk on lockdown until the mods give the green light. Don’t want to sound like some drive-by salesman.


This is the start of my Second Wind—and maybe it’ll encourage someone else who’s fighting their own quiet battles as a married man.

Sorry to hear you had such issues. But I'm happy you decided to take action to tackle them.
Sleep is underestimated. I sometimes deprive myself of sleep. Thanks for reminding I should change that.
