BTT stretch for 30 minutes as warmup
Hanging 15 lbs for 20 minutes
Edging for 20 minutes with a sticky surprise!
Notes: No traction wrapping today, stress was relieved after I took my algebra test. Found out I got an A so you can imagine how relieving that was.
No tea either all day which sucked, I felt drag assy which I never really feel, but eh.
Actually spent a smidgen of time with the girlfriend for what feels like forever, which was very very nice. We got into another fight about her joining the Army, but it's whatever now.
While hanging I was uncomfortable in my ligs. Not sure if it was because of the way I wrapped today or because I actually warmed up for one of the first times in my PE career. I am going to warm-up again tomorrow or saturday before hanging and see if same thing happens.
As I took off my hanger I noticed black dots on my head, so to me that's a good sign!
I was just contemplating taking a decon break because I measured last night and saw no difference.
My personal log has been suffering since Fri/Saturday of last week... So I need to play catch-up on that again.
Out of curiousity while I was edging I grabbed my ruler (it somehow made its way over to my desk again, that bastard!) and measured in at
BPEL: 7.0"
NBPEL: 6.5"
Still having a ~0.3" fat pad fluctuation, roughly.
NBPFSL after eding is at a whopping 7.1"
And my professor e-mailed all the students who got an A on the Test, and yours truly was one of them!

Hopefully I can pull a B or C out of my ass after I take the final!
So overall, a good goddamn day out of a hellish 4 days in a row.
