Day 27!
I believe my flat-line may be on the down swing. I was able to want and have sex with my girlfriend last weekend. It makes me happy knowing that I have stayed away. I feel like I "feel" more emotionally "there" around her. very in the moment.
I still get the urges almost every day to look at porn, but with my Mobicip filter on all of my devices it has made it nearly impossible to look! I still hate that I get the urges though...
On another note, once I pass 30 days it will be a new record for me that which I haven't surpassed in several years!
Maybe it was about 2013-2014 but I once lasted about +/- 200 days without porn and my life was just so much more complete. I miss it and have a hard time remembering it, but it felt like I was a complete person. Porn addiction seems to put a fog over me that numbs me in a relationship towards a significant other, makes me more anxious, and maybe even messes with my memory.
I bought a ring for the woman of my dreams and there is no way I want porn to be in the mix of our marriage. I want to be complete for her.

Today I was reading from one of my sex teachers and he had a video of how to do stroking properly from doggy style. The participants were clothed (thank God) and then he had video of them nude and actually doing it.
I click it on and suddenly came to my senses...I needed to get out of Dodge so I got out of there after thinking that I could watch the video only focusing on the guy. Reason won over and I got out of there.

Yesterday was rather frustrating with my wife to where I was getting fed up with all her complaining. I went to some sites (non-porn) looking for an outlet and then God brought me to my senses. When I went out that night for a meeting there was even a nice looking college girl that looked at me and smiled when we walked past each other. I could have did a second look yet I didn't. I have been doing my best to be thankful for the wife I have and the gift of marriage. Overall, no porn yet I was tempted to stray.

Still I didn't go the real porn route. i haven't been on a porn tube site nor watched a porn vid since january of 2015, exept once like for 2 minutes on a dating site, like a year and a half ago. (I write this to reassure myself and remember that I achieved something very good I guess).
before these last few days I had made it to 60 days without porn-subs and 47 days no MO, which is by far my best. I won't be seeing my girlfriend for 3 and a half months so I will allow some MO's, but the goal is to stop porn-subs. i'll try to post here until I get to 90 days without porn-subs.
