It's hard to give up something (porn) when you view it as the most rewarding. In order to give that something up you have to view something else as more rewarding so that you want THAT more than the former. Give that some thought guys.

For me it's far more rewarding to be a faithful husband and father. It's more rewarding to be the better man who is not guilt ridden and has to deceive and hurt the ones he's vowed to love and protect for the interest of "self". I want to look into the mirror and be proud of the man I see knowing that he is honorable and faithful.

How many of you would admit that it's hard to be connected to your wives/gf/sig others knowing that your love for them is being shared? How many missed opportunities have there been because you've walked around "a shell of a man" hollowed out by the emptiness of porn. There is hope, there is something better, find it and you will LIVE.

Keep up the fight guys...it's gonna be worth it.

08 August 2017 – Day 74 No PMO, Day 67 NoFap

I think I have cured this insanity that had engulfed my whole life. I am really happy that I took this step 74 days!!!!! ago…. Waah! 74 days! I can’t believe days have flown-by like that. It is worth it guys, It is worth every single bit of it.

Coming to think of it, time will pass regardless of you, so in a month’s time what do you want to have accomplished? Do you want to be the same old that must hide to stare uselessness at his screen or do you want to have covered 30 more days of will-power training and killing a bad habit at its heart?

If I were to do this again I would quickly do it all over again without any doubt. I know the AP90 fruit, I have tasted the fruit, I like my porn free life. Thanks guys for your support.

Hi Wish, sorry for the divorce. I once had a breakup from a long, long, stay-together LTR and it really left me devastated. There is a scale that ranks the most stressful life events in a person's life. It's called Holmes Scale. The top 10 are:

Had sex with wife recently...she initiated for a change. Which is a great thing because when she initiates it usually means she is on fire. Anyhow it has been awhile since sex. Almost 3 months I think (I wont bore you with the details, but you can find them in my posts somewhere if you really need to know)

Now for context, Im just under the year mark for no porn and was at about 14 days no fap. So I was really hard throughout foreplay, which aroused her even more. I let her drive since she seemed to be in the mood for that. She got off and then she got me off.

I ejaculated a huge bunch naturally since my fapping frequency has decreased significantly and Im staying very hydrated.

So after sex, while talking she brought up the quantity of ejaculate and how much she enjoyed it. Thats a first since she usually doesnt say much about the sex after we have had it and she has never made mention of the ejaculate as its not really her thing.
